    摘要:

    为提高多光谱影像氮素营养诊断的应用性,以烤烟为研究对象,设置了6个不同氮素水平的田间试验,定期拍摄烤烟生长的多光谱影像,测试植株的氮素含量,分析了不同植被指数(NDVI、GNDVI、LCI、NDRE、OSAVI)与传统氮素指标之间的相关性、最佳植被指数对施氮量的响应。研究结果表明:在移栽50 d前后为烤烟监测的最佳时段,各植被指数对单株氮含量指标最为敏感,最终确定了植被指数指导田间追肥的判断标准Nnow=1911NDVI-1345.1,为大范围内作物的高质量追肥提供了新思路及关键技术支持。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the applicability of multi-spectral image nitrogen nutrition diagnosis,six field trials with different nitrogen levels were set up with flue-cured tobacco as the research object,the multispectral image of flue-cured tobacco growth was regulary taken to test the nitrogen content of the plant.The correlation between vegetation index (NDVI,GNDVI,LCI,NDRE,OSAVI) and traditional nitrogen indicators,and the response between the optimal vegetation index and nitrogen application rate were analyzed.The results showed that the optimal monitoring period for flue-cured tobacco was around 50 days after transplanting,each vegetation index was most sensitive to the nitrogen content of single plant.The judgment standard of using vegetation index guiding the top dressing of field fertilization was Nnow=1911NDVI-1345.1,which provided new ideas and key technologies for high-quality top dressing of crops in a large area.
