    摘要:

    为了引进和应用韩国水溶性离子硅酸肥,以西芹为研究对象,开展温室及田间试验探究其对西芹生长和品质的影响。结果表明:施用水溶性离子硅酸肥500、1000、1500倍液均能促进西芹生长、改善西芹品质。其中1000倍液处理在温室和田间效果较为显著,西芹的根长、株高、鲜重、干重和叶绿素较对照平均分别增加32.84%、12.07%、36.68%、79.91%和43.53%;品质指标维生素C、可溶性糖、蛋白质、可溶性固形物含量较对照平均分别增加48.18%、122.97%、68.78%、37.63%,同时硝态氮含量降低了36.68%。综上所述,水溶性离子硅酸肥能够促进西芹生长、提升西芹品质,为水溶性离子硅酸肥的引进和田间应用提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to introduce and apply Korean water-soluble ion silicic fertilizer,celery took as the research object,greenhouse and field experiments were carried out to explore its influence on the growth and quality of celery.The results showed that 500,1000 and 1500 times of water soluble ionic silicate fertilizer promoted the growth and improved the quality of celery.Among them,the 1000 times treatment had the significant effect in both greenhouse and field experiments. Compared with CK,the growth indicators of celery,including root length,plant height,fresh weight,dry weight and chlorophyll increased by 32.84%,12.07%,36.68%,79.91% and 43.53% on average,respectively.The quality indicators of vitamin C,soluble sugar,protein and soluble solids contents increased by 48.18%,122.97%,68.78% and 37.63% on average,respectively,compared with CK,while the nitrate nitrogen content decreased by 36.68%.In summary,the water soluble ion silicic acid fertilizer can promote the growth and improve the quality of celery,which provides a reference for the introduction and field application of the water soluble ion silicic acid fertilizer.
