    摘要:

    通过研究沼液施用对农田土壤氮素形态影响,为沼液农田可持续利用提供数据支撑。在中国知网和Web of Science文献数据库中,以“沼液”和“氮”为关键词,检索2021年12月以前公开发表的沼液农用下土壤氮素研究文献,利用Meta数据整合分析方法,定量分析沼液施用对农田土壤氮素形态及相关微生物群落和作物产量的影响。与单施化肥相比,沼液配施显著降低了土壤硝态氮含量,增加了土壤碱解氮和微生物量氮含量以及土壤放线菌、细菌、真菌群落数量和作物产量。对于牛粪和鸡粪猪粪混合沼液,猪粪沼液显著降低了土壤硝态氮含量;≤50 kg·hm-2低沼液氮投入量显著降低土壤硝态氮和铵态氮含量,增加全氮含量;20%~40%沼液氮替代化肥氮比例显著增加土壤全氮和碱解氮含量,提高微生物群落数量,同时降低土壤硝态氮含量。沼液施用显著影响土壤氮素含量,但不会增加农田氮素淋失风险。在沼液施用中应用猪粪沼液、控制沼液氮替代化肥氮比例为20%~40%及≤50 kg·hm-2沼液氮投入量还会显著降低氮素淋失风险。

    Abstract:

    The paper aims to study the effects of biogas slurry application on the contents and forms of soil nitrogen in cropland,and to provide data support for sustainable utilization of biogas slurry farmland.The data were obtained from the published papers by searching the key words including “Biogas slurry” and “Soil nitrogen” in “CNKI” and “Web of Science” database before 2021.With Meta-analysis,quantitative effects of biogas liquid application on soil nitrogen contents,microbial community and crop yield were investigated.Compared with chemical fertilizer treatments,biogas slurry application significantly reduced nitrate nitrogen contents and increased the contents of alkaline nitrogen and microbial biomass nitrogen in soil,and improved communities of bacteria,fungal and actinomycetes in soil and crop yield.Compared with the mixed slurry of cattle,swine and chicken manure,swine manure biogas slurry significantly reduced nitrate nitrogen contents.Low input of biogas slurry nitrogen with ≤50 kg·hm-2 significantly reduced the contents of nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen,while increased total nitrogen contents in soil.The ratio of biogas slurry nitrogen replacing fertilizer nitrogen with 20%~40% increased the contents of total nitrogen and alkaline nitrogen in soil and the number of microbial communities,while reduced the nitrate nitrogen.In all,biogas slurry application significantly affected soil nitrogen content,but did not increase the risk of nitrogen leaching.In the application of biogas slurry,the application of swine manure biogas slurry,controlling the proportion of biogas slurry nitrogen instead of chemical fertilizer nitrogen to 20%~40% and ≤50 kg·hm-2 biogas slurry nitrogen input will also significantly reduce the risk of nitrogen leaching.
