    摘要:

    以甜瓜新品系“14-64”为供试材料,试验设置FA1(0 kg/hm2)、FA2(45 kg/hm2)、FA3(75 kg/hm2)、FA4(105 kg/hm2)、FA5(135 kg/hm2)、FA6(165 kg/hm2)6个黄腐酸钾施用水平,研究不同黄腐酸钾施用量对甜瓜养分吸收、产量和品质的影响,为黄腐酸钾在新疆地区甜瓜种植上的合理施用提供理论依据。结果表明:与FA1处理相比,各施用黄腐酸钾处理均提高了甜瓜各生育期植株干物质量和氮素、磷素、钾素的吸收积累量,提高了甜瓜果实可溶性固形物含量,增加了甜瓜单瓜重和经济产量。黄腐酸钾施用量为135 kg/hm2时,甜瓜植株各器官干物质量、营养元素积累量及其产量均达最大值。与FA1处理相比,成熟期FA5处理根、茎叶、果实的干物质量显著增加17.42%、30.74%、43.96%,其氮素、磷素和钾素积累量分别增加52.29%、56.10%、99.30%,76.32%、78.82%、129.23%和37.47%、43.97%、88.36%。除了FA2处理外,其他施黄腐酸钾处理较FA1处理中心和边缘可溶性固形物含量显著增加7.85%~17.89%和7.90%~9.58%,单瓜重和经济产量显著增加7.60%~22.81%和8.01%~22.85%。FA5和 FA6处理可溶性固形物、单瓜重和经济产量无显著差异(P>0.05),但均高于其他处理。综上,高量施用黄腐酸钾更有利于甜瓜的高产优质,但过量施用(>135 kg/hm2)时反而会造成肥料的浪费。因此,在本试验条件下,135 kg/hm2的黄腐酸钾施用量是最优施用量。

    Abstract:

    A field experiment was conducted with 6 potassium fulvic acid application rates:FA1(0 kg/hm2),FA2(45 kg/hm2),FA3(75 kg/hm2),FA4(105 kg/hm2),FA5(135 kg/hm2)and FA6(165 kg/hm2)to explore the effects of potassium fulvic acid application on melon growth and biomass accumulation,nutrients uptake. The results indicated that the application of potassium fulvic acid promoted the biomass accumulation,enhanced the absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium in root,stem(leaf)and fruit. In addition,the soluble solid and yield of melon was also improved with higher potassium fulvic acid application. The biomass in different parts,the nutrients uptake as well as the economic yield was the highest when the potassium fulvic acid application rate reached to 135 kg/hm2. Compared with FA1 treatment,the dry biomass and nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium accumulation of FA5 in root,stem(leaf)and fruit significantly increased by 17.42%,30.74%,43.96%;52.29%,56.10%,99.30%;76.32%,78.82%,129.23% and 37.47%,43.97%,88.36%;respectively,at the mature stage of melon. In addition to the FA2 treatment,the single fruit weight,economic yield and soluble solid content of BSFA applied treatments were 7.60%~22.81%,8.01%~22.85% and 7.85%~17.89%,7.90%~9.58% higher than those of FA1 treatment. No significant difference in yield and quality of melon between FA5 and FA6 treatment was observed,but they were higher than other treatments. In conclusion,high application of potassium fulvic acid was more conductive to the high yield and quality of melon,but excessive application (> 135 kg/hm2)could actually cause fertilizer waste. Therefore,the application rate of potassium fulvic acid application at 135 kg/hm2 is the optimal measure for melon growth in this experiment condition.
