    摘要:

    碱性条件下,将聚甲基硅氧烷改性,得到改性有机硅。将其与路易斯酸、质子碱、强酸和强碱按一定比例混溶于甲醇中,常温搅拌30 min。X射线光电子能谱(XPS)结果表明,路易斯酸中金属离子电子结合能均向高结合能方向位移,改性有机硅的氧原子电子结合能均不同程度降低。在不同pH值的路易斯酸、质子碱、强酸和强碱溶液中加入改性有机硅,测定其pH值。结果显示,不同易斯酸和强酸溶液pH值均有升高,质子碱和强碱溶液pH值降低。结论:改性有机硅主链结构由Si—O—Si键构成,其中氧原子的孤对电子具有路易斯碱的性能;而改性有机硅中的多羟基结构具有质子酸的性能。所以有机硅材料与普通复合肥以一定比例混合复配制得的有机硅复合肥具有调控土壤酸性和盐碱性的作用。

    Abstract:

    The modified polymethylsiloxane was obtained with hydrolyzed and modified polymethylsiloxane under alkaline conditions.Then,the modified polymethylsiloxane was mixed with Lewis acid,proton base,strong acid and strong base in a certain ratio in methanol respectively,and stirred at room temperature for 30 minutes.The XPS spectrum exhibited that the electron binding energy of metal ions in Lewis acid shifted to high binding energy gradually,while the electron binding energy of oxygen atoms in modified polymethylsiloxane decreased in different degrees.The different amounts of modified polymethylsiloxane were added into Lewis acid,protic base,strong acid and strong base solutions with different pH values,and the changed pH values of the solutions were detected.The results demonstrated that the addition of modified organosilicon increased the pH values of different Lewis acid solutions and strong acid solutions,but the pH values of protic base and strong base solutions were decreased.It is concluded that the main chain of the modified polymethylsiloxane structure is composed of Si—O—Si bonds.The lone pair electrons of oxygen atoms in the silicon ether structure can reduce the activity of cations in the soil solution to different degrees and has significant Lewis base properties.Several free hydroxyl groups in the modified organosilicon can provide hydrogen protons,which have significant protic acid properties.The organic silicon compound fertilizer prepared by mixing modified organic silicon and common compound fertilizer in a certain proportion can regulate soil acidity and saline-alkali properties.
