超声提取-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定复合肥料中钾含量的研究

    摘要:

    研究建立了超声提取-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定复合肥料中钾含量的新方法。分别使用新方法和国家标准GB/T 8574—2010《复混肥料中钾含量的测定》中的传统方法(加热煮沸-四苯硼酸钾重量法),对钾成分标准物质以及10种不同钾含量、不同基础肥料的复合肥料样品进行测定。t检验结果表明,超声提取与传统煮沸提取的提取结果无显著性差异;电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法与传统重量法的测定结果无显著性差异。新方法的钾成分标准物质回收率为99.33%,6次平行测定的相对标准偏差为0.89%,该方法方便快捷、准确度高、精密度高、适用性广。

    Abstract:

    A new method for the determination of potassium in compound fertilizer by ultrasonic extraction using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was established. Both the new method and the traditional method in the national standard Determination of potassium content for compound fertilizers(GB/T 8574—2010)were used to determine the potassium reference material and 10 samples of compound fertilizers with different potassium contents and source fertilizers. The t-test result showed that there was no significant difference between the results of ultrasonic extraction and traditional boiling extraction,and there was no significant difference between the results of ICP method and traditional gravimetric method. The recovery of the new method was 99.33%,and the relative standard deviation of 6 parallel determinations was 0.89%. The new method has the advantages of convenience,high accuracy,high precision and wide applicability.
