    摘要:

    为探究叶面喷施硼肥对柑橘品质及土壤细菌群落的影响,通过田间小区试验,测定3个硼肥施用量水平5 g/株(0.25%)、10 g/株(0.5%)、15 g/株(0.75%)处理的柑橘土壤、叶片硼含量及果实品质指标(果实横径、纵径、单果质量、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、固酸比、维生素C含量)与土壤细菌群落。试验结果表明:适宜的硼肥施用量能较好地改善柑橘果实品质,高水平的硼肥处理反而降低柑橘品质。其中,0.25%硼肥施用量的处理效果最好。相较于CK(硼肥施用量为0),该处理柑橘果实横径增加20.42%、纵径增加6.21%、单果质量增加24.62%;可溶性固形物含量增加7.86%、可滴定酸含量降低16.03%、维生素C含量增加9.07%。硼肥喷施显著提升了土壤中抗病菌如Kaistobacter属、红游动菌属(Rhodoplanes)、芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、鞘氨醇单胞菌属(Sphingomonas)的相对丰度(P<0.05),其中0.75%硼肥施用量土壤中Kaistobacter属从0.42%提升至2.12%、红游动菌属从0.37%提升至1.36%、鞘氨醇单胞菌属从0.18%提升至0.59%。0.25%硼肥施用量将土壤中芽孢杆菌属从0.23%提升至1.88%,由此说明硼肥喷施可以影响土壤微生物。在提高柑橘品质及保障资源利用最大化的前提下,若柑橘种植生产中土壤有效硼含量缺乏,可以在柑橘的坐果期喷施1次0.25%硼酸溶液(即施用硼酸5 g/株)的硼肥来满足柑橘树对硼营养的需求,进而提升柑橘品质。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the effect of foliar application of boron fertilizer on citrus quality and soil bacterial community,field plot experiments were conducted to determine the boron content in citrus soil,leaf and fruit quality indicators(fruit diameter,single fruit weight,soluble solids content,titratable acid content,solid-acid ratio,and vitamin C content)and soil bacterial community under three levels of boron fertilizer application,i.e. 5 g/plant(0.25%),10 g/plant(0.5%)and 15 g/plant(0.75%). The results showed that the appropriate application amount of boron fertilizer improved the quality of citrus fruit,and the high level of boron fertilizer treatment decreased the quality of citrus fruit. Among them,the effect of 0.25% boron fertilizer treatment was the best. Compared with CK(boron fertilizer application rate was 0),the transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter and single fruit weight of citrus fruit were increased by 20.42%,6.21% and 24.62%,respectively;Soluble solids content was increased by 7.86%,titratable acid content was decreased by 16.03%,vitamin C content was increased by 9.07%. The application of boron fertilizer significantly increased the relative abundance of bacteria with pathogens resistant in soil,such as Kaistobacter,Rhodoplanes,Bacillus,and Sphingomonas(P<0.05). Among them,the 0.75% boron fertilizer application increased Kaistobacter from 0.42% to 2.12%,Rhodoplanes from 0.37% to 1.36%,and Sphingomonas from 0.18% to 0.59%. The Bacillus in the soil of 0.25% boron fertilizer application treatment was increased from 0.23% to 1.88%. These indicated that boron fertilizer spraying could affect the soil bacterial community. Under the premise of improving the quality of citrus and maximizing the utilization of resources,if the soil available boron content is insufficient in citrus planting and production,the boron fertilizer of 0.25 % boron acid solution(boron acid 5 g / plant)can be sprayed once at the fruit setting stage of citrus to meet the demand for boron nutrition of citrus trees and improve the quality of citrus.
