    摘要:

    为了探明不同用量解淀粉芽孢杆菌微生物菌剂对柴达木地区有机枸杞生长发育及土壤性状的影响,明确合理施入量,为该地区土壤培肥及有机枸杞增产提供科学依据。以诺木洪农场实验区“宁杞7号”为试验材料,设置5个用量水平(29.70、44.55、59.40、74.25、98.10 kg·hm-2),以不施加解淀粉芽孢杆菌为对照(CK),研究了不同用量下解淀粉芽孢杆菌对柴达木地区有机枸杞生长的影响,对枸杞生长和土壤性状的变化进行了田间试验研究和数据分析。与CK相比,施用解淀粉芽孢杆菌微生物菌剂促进了枸杞生长,枸杞的株高、冠幅、地径、结果枝长、叶面积和SPAD值明显增加,LN3(59.40 kg·hm-2)处理的促生效果最佳;施用解淀粉芽孢杆菌显著增强了枸杞的光合作用,其胞间CO2浓度、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和水分利用率较对照均显著增强,LN3处理效果最佳;施用解淀粉芽孢杆菌后,有效地降低土壤的pH值和电导率,增加土壤中的有机质,并促进了土壤养分含量的积累,与CK相比,有效磷、速效钾和碱解氮含量明显增加,LN3处理对土壤改良效果最明显,土壤肥力最佳;土壤肥力提升后进一步增加了产量,LN4(74.25 kg·hm-2)处理效果最好,较CK增产28.73%;施用解淀粉芽孢杆菌还改善了果实品质,枸杞果实中枸杞多糖、黄酮、甜菜碱、类胡萝卜素、抗坏血酸和多酚含量分别较CK显著提高,LN3处理的效果最佳。综合分析得出,不同用量解淀粉芽孢杆菌微生物菌剂处理下有机枸杞的生长状况均得到一定程度改善,但过量会有抑制作用,其中每公顷施用芽孢杆菌微生物菌剂59.40 kg效果最好。

    Abstract:

    The effects of different dosage of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens microbial inoculum on the growth and development of organic Lycium barbarum L. and soil properties in Qaidam area were studied,in order to determine the reasonable dosage and provide scientific basis for soil fertilization and organic Lycium barbarum L. production increase in this area. “Ningqi No.7” in Nuomuhong experimental area was used as the test material,and five dosage levels(29.70,44.55,59.40,74.25 and 98.10 kg·hm-2)were set up,with no application of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens as the control(CK). Compared with CK,the application of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens microbial inoculum promoted the growth of Lycium barbarum L. . The plant height,crown width,ground diameter,fruiting branch length,leaf area and SPAD value of Lycium barbarum L. were increased obviously. LN3(59.40 kg·hm-2)had the best growth promoting effect. The application of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens significantly enhanced the photosynthesis of Lycium barbarum L. ,and its intercellular CO2 concentration,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and water use efficiency were all significantly enhanced compared with those of the CK,with LN3 being the best treatment. The application of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens promoted the accumulation of soil nutrient content. Compared with CK,it effectively reduced the pH value and electrical conductivity of soil,and increased the contents of organic matter,available phosphorus,available potassium and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen in soil. LN3 treatment had the most obvious effect on soil improvement with the best soil fertility. After the soil fertility was improved,the yield was further increased,and LN4 treatment(74.25 kg·hm-2)had the best effect,the yield was increased by 28.73%,compared with CK. The application of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens also improved the fruit quality. The contents of Lycium barbarum L. polysaccharides,flavonoids,betaine,carotenoids,ascorbic acid and polyphenols in Lycium barbarum L. fruits were significantly higher than those of CK,and the treatment of LN3 had the best effect. According to comprehensive analysis,the growth of organic Lycium barbarum L. was improved to some extent under different dosage of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens microbial inoculum,but excessive dosage could inhibit growth,and the application of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens microbial inoculum of 59.40 kg·hm-2 had the best effect.
