    摘要:

    为探究生物炭与化肥作基肥配施对辣椒的影响效果,以辣椒“明椒9号”为试验材料,研究了不同施用量生物炭与化肥配施对辣椒植株生长、产量及构成因素、干物质积累、加工品质以及肥料利用率的影响。结果表明,与单施化肥处理(CF)相比,生物炭与化肥配施处理更有助于辣椒植株的生长发育和叶绿素的合成;与CF处理相比,生物炭与化肥配施处理均能显著增加辣椒干物质积累量和产量,且随生物炭施用量的增加而增加;生物炭与化肥配施处理对辣椒加工品质影响显著,其中二氢辣椒素含量提高了7.14%~13.39%、辣椒素含量提高了7.43%~16.89%、脂肪含量提高了2.29%~7.79%、色价提高了0.51%~4.49%,但对挥发性物质种类无显著影响;与CF处理相比,生物炭与化肥配施处理均能显著提高氮肥、磷肥、钾肥的农学利用率和肥料利用率,分别提高了53.71~97.24、67.14~121.55、22.38~40.52 kg·kg-1和57.93~113.55、12.87~19.19、60.28~80.79个百分点。试验结果为辣椒生产中选择合理的施肥措施提供理论参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the effect of combined application of biochar and chemical fertilizer as base fertilizer,the effects of different application rates of biochar and chemical fertilizer on pepper plant growth,yield and components,dry matter accumulation,processing quality and fertilizer utilization rate were studied with pepper “Mingjiao 9” as experimental materials. The results showed that,compared with single chemical fertilizer(CF),the combination application of biochar and chemical fertilizer was more helpful to the growth and development of pepper plants and the synthesis of chlorophyll. Compared with CF treatment,the combination of biochar and chemical fertilizer significantly increased the dry matter accumulation and yield of pepper,and the effect increased with the increase of biochar amount. The combined application of biochar and chemical fertilizer had a significant effect on the processing quality of pepper,in which the contents of dihydrocapsaicin,capsaicin,fat and the color value increased by 7.14%-13.39%,7.43%-16.89%,2.29%-7.79% and 0.51%-4.49%,respectively,but there was no significant effect on the types of volatile substances. Compared with CF treatment,the combination of biochar and chemical fertilizer significantly improved the agronomic utilization rate and fertilizer utilization rate of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium by 53.71-97.24,67.14-121.55,22.38-40.52 kg· kg-1,and 57.93-113.55,12.87-19.19,60.28-80.79 percentage points,respectively. The results of this experiment can provide theoretical reference for selecting reasonable fertilization measures in pepper production.
