    摘要:

    为了研究新疆灰枣园土壤养分与枣果矿质养分间的复杂关系,制定土壤养分因子的优 化方案,从而为新疆枣园的科学施肥与精准化管理提供参考依据和技术指导。对新疆 9 个灰枣 主产县市的 20 个枣园的枣果矿质元素含量和土壤养分含量进行测定,运用 R 语言和 SIMCA 多 元统计软件分析并筛选出影响枣果矿质养分的重要土壤养分因子,并利用 Lingo 软件建立线性 规划方程,探明枣果矿质养分最优时土壤养分因子的优化方案。结果表明,研究区的枣园土壤 皆为碱性土壤,各样点间土壤有机质、碱解氮、有效磷含量具有极显著性差异;各样点间土壤 速效钾含量具有显著性差异;各样点间土壤交换性钙、交换性镁、有效硫、有效硼、有效锌含 量具有极显著性差异;各样点间土壤有效铁、有效锰、有效铜含量具有显著性差异。枣果矿质 营养是土壤养分因子共同作用的结果。偏最小二乘回归分析结果表明,土壤养分影响枣果中的 氮、磷、钾、钙、镁、硫、硼、铁、锰、锌、铜含量最大的指标分别为土壤速效钾、有效硼、 碱解氮、有机质、有效硼、有效铁、有效硼、有效锰、有机质、pH 值、有效锌,同一土壤养 分指标影响着不同的果实矿质元素含量,且果实一种矿质元素受不同土壤养分影响皆不同,其 中土壤有机质和有效硼含量对果实矿质元素影响较大。新疆灰枣园土壤养分的最优方案为:当 灰枣园土壤 pH 值为 7.30 ~ 8.46,有机质为 23.24 ~ 59.73 g/kg,碱解氮大于 63.75 mg/kg,有效磷 为 92.40 ~ 164.67 mg/kg, 速 效 钾 为 223.25 ~ 372.47 mg/kg, 交 换 性 钙 为 437.00 ~ 1392.00 mg/kg, 交换性镁为 124.87 mg/kg,有效硫为 412.66 mg/kg,有效硼为 1.66 ~ 6.05 mg/kg,有效铁为 12.21 ~ 16.15 mg/kg,有效锰为 8.88 mg/kg,有效锌为 0.45 ~ 1.41 mg/kg,有效铜为 2.35 ~ 3.86 mg/kg 时,灰枣 果实的矿质元素含量最优。在对新疆灰枣枣园的施肥管理中,应注重水肥管理的科学性,适时增 施有机肥,调节土壤 pH 值,提高土壤中交换性钙、交换性镁、有效锰和有效锌含量,因地制宜, 选择科学的施肥配比。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the complex relationship between soil nutrients and mineral nutrients in jujube orchards in Xinjiang,the optimization scheme of soil nutrient factors was formulated,so as to provide reference and technical guidance for scientific fertilization and precise management of jujube orchards in Xinjiang. The mineral element contents of jujube fruits and soil nutrient contents in 20 jujube orchards of 9 main producing counties and cities in Xinjiang were determined. The important soil nutrient factors affecting the mineral nutrients of jujube fruits were analyzed and screened out by using R language and SIMCA multivariate statistical software. The linear programming equation was established by using Lingo software to explore the optimization scheme of soil nutrient factors when the mineral nutrients of jujube fruits were optimal. The results showed that the soil of jujube orchard in the study area was alkaline soil,and the contents of soil organic matter, alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen and available phosphorus were extremely significantly different among the sampling points. There was significant difference in soil available potassium content among different sampling points. There were extremely significant differences in the contents of soil exchangeable calcium,exchangeable magnesium,available sulfur,available boron and available zinc among different sampling points. There were significant differences in the contents of soil available iron, available manganese and available copper among different sampling points. The mineral nutrition of jujube fruit was the result of the interaction of soil nutrient factors. The results of partial least squares regression analysis showed that the maximum indexes of soil nutrients affecting the nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,calcium,magnesium,sulfur,boron,iron, manganese,zinc and copper contents of jujube fruits were soil available potassium,available boron,alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,organic matter,available boron,available iron,available boron,available manganese,organic matter,pH value and available zinc. The same soil nutrient index affected different fruit mineral element contents,and a mineral element of fruit was affected by different soil nutrients. Different soil nutrients had different effects,among which soil organic matter and available boron contents had a greater impact on fruit mineral elements. The optimal scheme of soil nutrient in Xinjiang grey jujube orchard was:When pH value 7.30-8.46,organic matter 23.24-59.73 g/kg,alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen more than 63.75 mg/kg,available phosphorus 92.40-164.67 mg/kg,available potassium 223.25-372.47 mg/kg,exchangeable calcium 437.00-1392.00 mg/kg,exchangeable magnesium 124.87 mg/kg,available sulfur 412.66 mg/kg,available boron 1.66-6.05 mg/kg, available iron 12.21-16.15 mg/kg,available manganese 8.88 mg/kg,available zinc 0.45-1.41 mg/kg,and available copper 2.35-3.86 mg/kg,the mineral element contents of grey jujube fruit were the best. In the fertilization management of jujube orchard in Xinjiang,we should pay attention to the scientific management of water and fertilizer,timely increase the application of organic fertilizer,adjust the soil pH value,improve the contents of exchangeable calcium,exchangeable magnesium,available manganese and available zinc in the soil,and choose the scientific fertilization ratio according to local conditions.
