烘箱加热法测定土壤有机质的改进研究

    摘要:

    全国第三次土壤普查已经启动,为确保土壤有机质测定准确度的同时,提高其测定的效率、降低其测定 的技术难度也十分必要。采用不同学者确定的相同试验时间、不同试验温度条件下的烘箱加热法测定土壤有机质 进行对比研究,并分析其与油浴法测定土壤有机质的差异。结果表明,在 130、150、180 ℃ 3 个恒温加热条件下,150 ℃恒温条件表现出更好的精密度、准确度和重现性;通过差异显著性分析,加热温度为 150 ℃的测定值与油 浴法测得的土壤有机质的测定值差异不显著;油浴加热法测定的土壤有机质含量(x)与烘箱加热法(150 ℃,30 min)测定的土壤有机质含量(y)呈极显著正相关,回归方程为 y = 1.0106x + 0.3418(r2 = 0.999>r0.01=0.661);油 浴法测定的土壤有机质标准差为 0.14 ~ 0.68 g/kg,相对标准偏差为 0.45% ~ 6.43%,而烘箱加热法测定的土壤有 机质标准差为 0.06 ~ 0.25 g/kg,相对标准偏差为 0.17% ~ 2.25%,表明烘箱加热法(150 ℃,30 min)测定土壤有 机质比油浴法的精确度更高,重现性更好。在 30 min 恒温保温条件下,烘箱加热法测定土壤有机质的最优保温温度为 150 ℃,可以替代油浴法测定土壤有机质,并且更加准确、快捷、绿色、高效、安全。

    Abstract:

    The third national soil survey has been launched. In order to ensure the accuracy of soil organic matter determination,it is necessary to improve the efficiency of soil organic matter determination and reduce the technical difficulty of soil organic matter determination. The oven heating method under the same test time and different test temperature determined by different scholars was used to measure soil organic matter,and the difference between the method and the oil bath method was analyzed. The results showed that the 150 ℃ constant temperature condition had the better precision, accuracy and reproducibility among the three constant temperature heating conditions of 130,150 and 180 ℃ . The difference significance analysis showed that the measured value of soil organic matter at 150 ℃ was not significantly different from that measured by oil bath method. The content of soil organic matter (x) measured by oil bath heating method was significantly positively correlated with the content of soil organic matter (y) measured by oven heating method (150 ℃,30 min). The regression equation was y=1.0106x+0.3418 (r2=0.999> r0.01=0.661). The standard deviation of soil organic matter measured by oil bath method was 0.14 ~ 0.68 g/kg,and the relative standard deviation was 0.45%-6.43%,while the standard deviation of soil organic matter measured by oven heating method was 0.06-0.25 g/kg,and the relative standard deviation was 0.17%-2.25%, indicating that the oven heating method (150 ℃,30 min) is more accurate and reproducible than the oil bath method. Under the condition of 30 min constant temperature and heat preservation,the optimal heat preservation temperature for the oven heating method to determine soil organic matter is 150 ℃,which can replace the oil bath method to determine soil organic matter,and is more accurate,fast,green,efficient and safe.
