    摘要:

    研究等量氮磷钾养分下有机肥替代化肥处理对红心柚化肥减量配施管理及优质高效生产意义重大。2018年在重庆丰都连续开展3年田间试验,设置常规施肥(FP)、有机肥替代常规施肥25%(75%FP+25%OF,氮磷钾有机替代比例均为25%)、有机肥替代常规施肥50%(50%FP+50%OF)、优化施肥(OPT)、有机肥替代优化施肥25%(75%OPT+25%OF)、有机肥替代优化施肥50%(50%OPT+50%OF),共6个处理,分析各处理红心柚叶片果实养分状况、产量和土壤养分变化。结果表明:(1)相比于FP,有机肥替代处理显著提高土壤pH、有机质、碱解氮、全氮、有效磷、速效钾和缓效钾含量,随替代比例的增加而增加。(2)有机肥替代处理叶片氮及果实磷、钾养分浓度较FP分别增加1.2%~8.5%及21.3%~48.9%、1.29%~14.8%,叶片磷、钾和果实氮无明显影响。(3)各有机肥替代处理产量增加1.2%~30.3%,产量构成上,单株挂果数增加了0.4%~32.2%,单果重无明显变化。(4)红心柚产量随有机替代比例增加呈先升后降的趋势,最优产量对应的有机肥替代比例为26%;肥料运筹上,最优产量对应的氮、磷、钾养分基施比例分别为52%、52%、50%。(5)相比于FP,有机肥替代处理的果实可滴定酸含量明显降低,而固酸比和糖酸比显著增加,随有机替代比例的增加均呈增加趋势。综上所述,等氮磷钾养分条件下,有机肥替代化肥处理通过优化红心柚生产的肥料运筹、提高叶片和果实养分状况、改善果园土壤化学性质,实现了植株地上部-地下部养分需求的系统高效匹配,进而提高红心柚的产量和品质。

    Abstract:

    To provide a theoretical basis for reduction of chemical fertilizers,and improvement of fruit quality and production efficiency for red pomelo production,effects of partial substitution of chemical fertilizer with organic fertilizer on the yield and fruits qualities of red pomelo and orchard soil nutrients under equal nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P)and potassium(K)nutrients supply were studied.A field experiment was conducted from 2018 to 2020 in Fengdu county,Chongqing.There was six treatments,including FP(conventional farmer practices,pure chemical fertilizer application),75%FP+25%OF(the ratio of organic NPK substitution on the FP-based were all 25%),50%FP+50%OF(the ratio of organic NPK substitution on the FP-based were all 50%),OPT(optimized fertilization),75%OPT+25%OF(the ratio of organic NPK substitution on the OPT-based were all 25%),and 50%OPT+50%OF(the ratio of organic NPK substitution on the OPT-based were all 50%).The NPK nutrients concentration of leaf and fruit,yield,fruit quality,and orchard soil properties were analyzed. The results showed that:(1)Compared with FP,the soil pH and the contents of the organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzed N,total N,Olsen-P,available K and slowly available K concentration in organic substitution treatments were obviously increased with the increase of organic substitution ratio.(2)Leaf N,and fruit P and K concentration were increased by 1.2%-8.5%,21.3%-48.9% and 1.29%-14.8% responded to organic substitution treatments,respectively,while there no significant effect observed on the concentration changes of leaf P and K,and fruit N.(3)Compared with FP,there was no significant change in single fruit weight,while the fruit number per plant and yield were increased by range of 0.4%-32.2% and 1.2%-30.3% in organic substitution treatments,respectively,and the yield response of optimal fertilization treatments were more obvious.(4)Fruit yield was increased first and then decreased with the increase of organic substitution ratio,and the optimized substitution ratio of organic fertilizer was 26%;in terms of fertilizer operation mode,the optimized proportion of N,P and K basal application was 52%,52% and 50%,respectively.(5)For fruit qualities,the titratable acid content in organic substitution treatments was decreased significantly compared with FP,however,both soluble solid/titratable acid ratio and soluble sugar/titratable acid ratio were increased significantly,and it showed an increasing trend with the increase of organic substitution ratio.In conclusion,substituting chemical fertilizer with organic fertilizer under equal nutrients supply realized the systematic and efficient matching of nutrient requirements from aboveground to underground of red pomelo tree by optimizing the fertilizer operation mode,improving the nutrient status of leaves and fruits,and enhancing the chemical properties of orchard soil,thereby higher fruit yield were obtained via increasing the number of fruits per plant,and the fruit quality was effectively improved as well.
