Effects of humic acid conditioners on the growth and development of sugar beet in saline-alkali soil

    摘要:

    盐碱地问题的日益严重制约着河套灌区甜菜的发展。前人研究不同改良剂的配施可以改善土壤理化性质,进而提高作物产量和质量,但关于盐碱地甜菜中的研究鲜有报道。因此,2019—2020年在河套灌区盐碱地中施用不同配比腐植酸型改良剂,通过分析不同处理间甜菜产量和质量、各器官生物量、叶面积指数以及土壤中含盐量的变化规律,结果表明,(1)施用腐植酸型改良剂可以提高盐碱地甜菜的产量和质量,甜菜产量、产糖量相较于对照分别增加11.29%~32.54%、13.50%~38.61%,不同配比腐植酸型改良剂的改良效果不同。(2)施用腐植酸型改良剂可以促进甜菜在盐碱地中的生长发育,并提高甜菜植株的光合效率。(3)施用腐植酸型改良剂可以降低当季盐碱地中的含盐量,相较于不施用改良剂的地块土壤含盐量减少0.59~3.17个百分点,从而改善甜菜生长发育的土壤环境。以上结论为揭示改良剂对盐碱地甜菜生物学特性和产量、质量的影响及其对土壤理化性质的改善提供了理论依据。

    Abstract:

    The increasingly serious problem of saline-alkali land restricts the development of sugar beet in Hetao irrigation area. Based on the previous studies,the combined application of different soil conditioners can improve the physical and chemical properties of soil,and then improve the yield and quality of crops,but there are few reports on sugar beet in saline-alkali soil. Therefore,from 2019 to 2020,humic acid conditioners with different ratios were applied in saline-alkali soil of Hetao Irrigation District. By analyzing the changes of sugar beet yield and quality,biomass of various organs,leaf area index and salt content in soil among different treatments,it was concluded that:(1) Humic acid conditioners with different ratios improved the yield and quality of sugar beet in saline-alkali soil. Compared with the control,the yield and sugar yield of sugar beet increased by 11.29%-32.54% and 13.50%-38.61%,respectively,and the effects were different. (2)Applying different ratios of humic acid conditioners could promote the growth and development of sugar beet in saline-alkali land and improve the photosynthetic efficiency of sugar beet plants. (3) Applying humic acid conditioner reduced the salt content of saline-alkali soil in the current season,which was 0.59-3.17 percentage points lower than that of plots without conditioner,thus improving the soil environment for the growth and development of sugar beet. The above conclusions provide a theoretical basis for revealing the effects of soil conditioners on the biological characteristics,yield and quality of sugar beet in saline-alkali soil and the improvement of soil physical and chemical properties.
