氮锌配施条件下外源添加有机物对土壤锌有效性的影响

    摘要:

    氮锌配施能促进冬小麦根土界面锌的有效性及化学形态间的相互转化,从而促进冬小麦对锌的吸收和累积。研究氮锌配施条件下,冬小麦根系分泌的有机物对土壤锌有效性的影响,为氮锌配施通过影响冬小麦根系活动进而提高土壤锌生物有效性提供一定的理论依据。以石灰性土壤为试验材料进行土壤培养试验,分别设置两个施肥水平(0、N 0.2 g/kg + Zn 10 mg/kg)和9种有机物处理(不添加有机物、顺乌头酸、巨头鲸鱼酸、3,5-苯丙氨酸、甘氨酸、环拉酸、羟脯氨酸、葡萄糖-1-磷酸、延胡索酸),培养0、30、90、150 d时取样,分析土壤pH、有效锌和锌形态分级含量。在培养30 d时,在不施氮锌条件下,添加巨头鲸鱼酸、3,5-苯丙氨酸、甘氨酸、环拉酸、羟脯氨酸、葡萄糖-1-磷酸能显著降低土壤pH;在氮锌配施条件下,添加顺乌头酸、巨头鲸鱼酸、3,5-苯丙氨酸、甘氨酸、环拉酸、羟脯氨酸、葡萄糖-1-磷酸能显著降低土壤pH。在培养30 d时,在不施氮锌条件下,外源添加有机物对土壤有效锌含量无显著影响;在氮锌配施条件下,添加顺乌头酸、3,5-苯丙氨酸、甘氨酸、羟脯氨酸能显著提高土壤有效锌含量。同时,在不施氮锌条件下,添加顺乌头酸、3,5-苯丙氨酸、甘氨酸和葡萄糖-1-磷酸对土壤中锌形态转化没有显著影响,而在氮锌配施条件下,添加上述4种有机物能显著增加土壤中碳酸盐结合态锌和有机结合态锌含量,提高碳酸盐结合态锌比例,降低残渣态锌比例。氮锌配施条件下外源添加有机酸或氨基酸能降低土壤pH,促进土壤中锌从难溶态向碳酸盐结合态和有机结合态转化,从而提高土壤中锌的有效性。

    Abstract:

    The combined application of nitrogen(N)with zinc(Zn)can promote the Zn availability and the transformation between chemical forms of Zn in the root-soil interface,thereby promoting the absorption and accumulation of Zn in winter wheat.This paper investigated the effect of organics secreted by roots of winter wheat on the availability of Zn in soil under the combination of N and Zn application to provide a theoretical basis for the N-Zn combination improving the bioavailability of Zn in soil via root exudates of winter wheat.The calcareous soil was used as the test material for soil culture test.Two fertilizer levels(0,N 0.2 g/kg+Zn 10 mg/kg)and nine organics treatments(no organics,cis-aconitumic acid,giant cetaceic acid,3,5-phenylalanine,glycine,cyclolacic acid,hydroxyproline,glucose-1-phosphate,fumaric acid)were set up,and soils was sampled at 0,30,90 and 150 days to analyze pH,available Zn and the chemical forms of Zn.At 30 days,the exogenous giant cetaceic acid,3,5-phenylalanine,glycine,cyclolacic acid,hydroxyproline and glucose-1-phosphate significantly reduced pH in soil under no applying N and Zn,and the cis-aconitumic acid,giant cetaceic acid,3,5-phenylalanine,glycine,cyclolacic acid,hydroxyproline and glucose-1-phosphate significantly reduced the pH in soil under N-Zn combination.At 30 d,exogenous organic matter had no significant effect on the available Zn concentrations in soil under no applying N and Zn,but exogenous cis-aconitumic acid,3,5-phenylalanine,glycine and hydroxyproline significantly increased the available zinc concentrations in soil under N-Zn combination treatment.Meanwhile,exogenous cis-aconitumic acid,3,5-phenylalanine,glycine and glucose-1-phosphate had no significant effect on the chemical forms of Zn in soil under no applying N and Zn,and the four organics significantly increased the concentrations of carbonate-bound and organic- bound Zn in soil,as well as the proportion of carbonate-bound Zn,but reduced the proportion of residual Zn under N-Zn combination.Exogenous organics could reduce soil pH,promote the transformation of Zn from insoluble Zn to carbonate- bound and organic-bound Zn under N-Zn combination,thereby improving the availability of zinc in soil.
