    摘要:

    为研究生物有机肥和微生物菌剂对北京山区连作茶菊生长及土壤肥力的影响,设常规施肥对照(CK)、生物有机肥(T1)、微生物菌剂(T2)及生物有机肥联合微生物菌剂(T3)4个处理,比较不同处理对土壤肥力和茶菊生长的影响。结果表明:施用生物有机肥和微生物菌剂可以提高土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量,土壤中细菌、真菌和放线菌数量,茶菊的存活率、株高、冠幅、分枝数等主要生长指标,茶菊产量及总黄酮和绿原酸含量。在试验条件下,以生物有机肥联合微生物菌剂(T3)效果最佳,与CK相比,土壤有机质、有效磷和速效钾平均含量显著提高20.18%、12.22%和33.17%,全氮和碱解氮平均含量提高10.06%和10.28%,土壤中细菌、真菌和放线菌的平均数量显著提高96.03%、40.56%、69.06%,茶菊盛花期存活率、产量、总黄酮含量和绿原酸含量显著提高41.55%、60.74%、42.59%和33.38%。总之,施用生物有机肥和微生物菌剂可改善土壤肥力和土壤微生物群落结构,增加土壤养分有效供给,显著促进茶菊生长、提高产量、改善品质,对减轻连作障碍具有积极作用,可为北京山区茶菊连作障碍防治提供参考。

    Abstract:

    A field experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of bio-organic fertilizer and microbial agent on the growth of tea chrysanthemum and soil fertility under continuous cropping cultivation system. Taking Beijing tea chrysanthemum as experimental plant material,treatments under conventional fertilizer(CK),bio-organic fertilizer(T1),microbial agent(T2),and bio-organic fertilizer combined with microbial agent(T3)were designed.Results showed that the application of bio-organic fertilizer and microbial agent significantly increased the contents of soil organic matter,total nitrogen,available nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,and the amounts of soil bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes,and improved the survival rate,plant height,crown diameter,branches,yield,total flavonoid and chlorogenic acid content of tea chrysanthemum. Treatment of T3 had the best effect under the experimental conditions. Compared with CK,the average contents of soil organic matter,total nitrogen,available nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,the amounts of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes,the survival rate,yield,total flavonoid and chlorogenic acid content of tea chrysanthemum were significantly increased by 20.18%,10.06%,10.28%,12.22%,33.17%,96.03%,40.56%,69.06%,41.55%,60.74%,42.59% and 33.38%,respectively. In conclusion,the application of bio-organic fertilizer and microbial agent could improve soil fertility and microbial community structure,increase the efficiency of nutrition supply,significantly promote the growth,increase the yield and improve the quality of tea chrysanthemum,and play a positive role in alleviating the obstacles of continuous cropping. The results could provide a reference for the prevention and control of continuous cropping obstacles of tea chrysanthemum in the mountainous area of Beijing.
