Effects of different phosphorus fertilizer rates on grain yield,grain quality and root growth of rice with different phosphorus sensitivity

    摘要:

    适宜的磷肥用量对提高水稻产量、改善稻米品质以及提高资源利用效率尤为重要。研究不同施磷量对水稻的产量、品质、根系生长的影响,探究根系与稻米品质间的关系,以期为水稻的高产优质高效栽培提供理论依据。以弱耐低磷品种连粳7号和强耐低磷品种甬优2640为供试材料,进行盆栽试验,试验设计4个磷肥施用量(按P2O5计),分别为0、60、120、180 kg·hm-2(分别以P0、P60、P120、P180表示),分别于分蘖盛期、抽穗期、成熟期3个时期测定水稻根长、根系生理活性、产量及品质指标,分析不同处理对水稻产量、品质及根系生长的影响。结果表明,随着施磷量的增加,水稻产量、加工品质、外观品质、蒸煮与营养品质、根长、根系氧化力与酸性磷酸酶活性均呈现先增加后降低的趋势,连粳7号的以上各指标在P120处理时达到最高,而甬优2640的各指标则是在P60处理时最高。与不施磷肥相比,抽穗期处理连粳7号在P120处理时根长、根系氧化力、根系酸性磷酸酶活性分别增加了51.1%、21.3%、14.6%;甬优2640在P60处理时根长、根系氧化力、根系酸性磷酸酶活性分别增加了66.6%、32.7%、17.7%。不同磷敏感型比较发现,甬优2640的产量、加工品质、蒸煮与营养品质、根长、根系氧化力、根系酸性磷酸酶活性高于连粳7号,垩白面积、垩白利率、垩白度均低于连粳7号。相关性分析可知:根长、根系氧化力、根系酸性磷酸酶活性与加工品质显著正相关,与外观品质显著负相关;根长与胶稠度呈极显著正相关。强耐低磷品种甬优2640在P60处理下具有更好的根系形态及生理活性,同时提高结实率与千粒重,促进水稻高产优质。

    Abstract:

    Appropriate phosphate fertilizer is very important to increase the yield and quality of rice and enhance resource utilization efficiency. In this study,we investigated the influence of different phosphorus applications on the grain yield,rice quality and root growth,and explored the relationship between root growth and rice quality,in order to provide a theoretical basis for high-yield,high-quality and efficient cultivation of rice. A pot experiment was conducted using the weak tolerance to low phosphate variety of Lianjing 7 and strong tolerance to low phosphate variety of Yongyou 2640. Four phosphorus fertilizer rates were set up,namely 0,60,120 and 180 kg·hm-2(indicated as P0,P60,P120,P180,respectively). The rice root length and root physiological activity,yield and quality indexes were measured at three period of mid-tillering,heading and maturity stage,and grain quality of rice was measured,respectively,so as to analyze the effect of different treatments on grain yield,rice quality and root growth. The results indicated that grain yield,milling quality,appearance quality,cooking and nutritional quality,root length,root oxidation activity and acid phosphatase activity all showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,with the above indices of Lianjing 7 reaching the highest at P120 treatment,while the indices of Yongyou 2640 were the highest at P60 treatment. Compared with no phosphorus application,the root length,root oxidation activity and acid phosphatase activity of Lianjing 7 increased by 51.1%,21.3% and 14.6% respectively at heading stage under P120 treatment,the root length,root oxidation activity and root acid phosphatase activity of Yongyou 2640 increased by 66.6%,32.7% and 17.7% respectively at heading stage under P60 treatment. Under the different genotypes,the grain yield,milling quality,cooking and nutritional quality,root length,root oxidation activity and acid phosphatase activity of Yongyou 2640 were higher than those of Lianjing 7,and the chalky area,chalky grain rate and chalkiness degree of Yongyou 2640 were lower than those of Lianjing 7. According to the correlation analysis,root length,root oxidation activity,root acid phosphatase activity were significantly positively correlated with milling quality,significantly negatively correlated with appearance quality;and the root length was significantly highly positively correlated with gel consistency. Yongyou 2640 with P60 treatment can more improve the root morphology and physiology,promote the absorption and utilization of water and nutrients,increase the filled grain rate and grain weight,and thus promote high yield and high quality of rice.
