    摘要:

    探明两种调理剂对近中性水稻土pH 值、重金属有效性和水稻吸收的影响,及其与土壤性质的关系,为调理剂的科学开发及合理施用提供科学依据。选取水淬高炉渣源调理剂(T1)及其腐殖质改性调理剂(T2),分别设置2 个施用量梯度(T1L、T1H 和T2L、T2H),通过盆栽试验分析了两种调理剂及不同用量对土壤pH 值、有效硅、镉、锌、铜含量,以及水稻籽粒和秸秆镉、锌、铜含量的影响。与对照(CK)相比,2 个施用T1 调理剂处理土壤pH 值分别升高0.64 和1.02,2 个施用T2 调理剂处理pH 值分别升高0.27 和0.56(P<0.05),土壤pH 值随调理剂施用量的增加而增加。T1L 和T1H 处理土壤有效硅含量与CK 相比分别提高5 和22 倍(P<0.05),且显著高于施用T2 调理剂处理。与CK 相比,T1H 处理土壤有效镉、锌、铜含量分别降低37.21%、45.57% 和95.30%(P<0.05);T2L 和T2H 处理土壤有效锌含量分别降低31.55% 和30.67%,有效铜含量分别降低6.53%和19.32%(P<0.05)。与CK 相比,T1L 和T1H 水稻籽粒锌含量分别降低23.44% 和18.12%(P<0.05); 施用T2 调理剂后,籽粒和秸秆锌、铜含量无显著变化。土壤pH 值、有效硅含量与土壤有效镉、锌、铜含量呈显著或极显著负相关,土壤有效硅含量与籽粒、秸秆镉含量呈显著负相关。研究表明,在近中性水稻土上施用富含硅的强碱性调理剂,既有利于提高土壤pH 值和有效硅含量,又可有效降低土壤重金属有效性及其水稻吸收量。

    Abstract:

    Steel slag have the potential to ameliorate heavy metal contaminatedsoils,but their effectiveness and the mechanisms involved are not fully understood. The effects of amendments onsoil pHvalue,heavy metal availability and rice absorption of paddy soil and their relationship with soil properties were explored to provide scientific basis for the development and application of amendments. A pot experiment was conducted on apaddy soil amended with twoamendments(T1 andT2) derived from steel slag at twolevels(T1L,T1H;T2L,T2H). Soil pHvalue,availablesilicon,available heavymetals,and heavymetals(cadmium,zinc,copper)uptake by rice as well as their relationships were determined.Compared withCK treatment,soil pH value of T1L and T1H weresignificantly increased by 0.64 and1.02,while soil pH value of T2L and T2H treatments significantly wereincreased by 0.27 and0.56,respectively( P<0.05). The soil available silicon content in T1L and T1H treatments significantly were increased by 5 and 22times,respectively( P<0.05),which was higher than that in T2 amendments. Compared with CKtreatment,the available cadmium,zinc and copper contents in T1H treatment significantly weredecreased by37.21%,45.57% and95.30%,respectively( P<0.05). The soil available zinc contents in T2L and T2H treatments significantly weredecreased by 31.55% and30.67%,while the soil available copper contents were decreased by 6.53% and19.32%( P<0.05),respectively. Compared with CKtreatment,the zinc contents of rice grain in T1L and T1H treatments significantly were decreased by 23.44% and18.12%,respectively( P<0.05). The zinc and copper contents of rice grain and straw had no significant differences after adding T2 conditioner. The concentrations of soilavailablecadmium,zinc and copper werenegative correlation with soil pH value and concentration of soil availablesilicon; while the contents of cadmium in grain and straw were negative correlation with soil available silicon. The data indicated that the amendment with high pH and silicon contentcould effectively increase soil pH value and available siliconcontent,and reduce availability of heavy metals and uptakes by rice in such paddy soil.
