    摘要:

    以国家土壤质量安定观测试验站黄绵土区的农田长期定位试验为研究对象,研究长期施用有机肥对半干旱区春小麦产量及其水分利用效率和有机碳的影响。结果表明,连续种植7 年春小麦,施肥显著影响小麦产量及其水分利用效率,以化肥与有机肥配施(NPKM)处理效果最好,较单施化肥(NPK)、单施有机肥(OM)处理春小麦产量和水分利用效率分别增加了7.18% 和7.82%、5.91% 和3.83%;在定位施肥初期(前3 年),NPKM 和NPK 处理的效果优于OM,在第4 年三者无差异,而第5 年及之后,NPKM 和OM 处理的效果明显好于NPK 处理。长期NPKM 和OM 处理较NPK 处理0 ~ 20 cm 土层土壤有机碳含量分别显著增加了36.88% 和31.98%,有机碳储量分别显著增加了31.17% ~ 41.94% 和27.80% ~ 35.81%,表层0 ~ 10 cm 的增加效果显著好于10 ~ 20 cm土层。不同施肥处理对0 ~ 20 cm 土层土壤微生物生物量碳(MBC)的影响表现为NPKM>OM>NPK>CK,且差异显著,长期NPKM 和OM 处理较NPK 处理土壤MBC 分别显著增加了46.4% 和28.7%,长期单施NPK 处理可显著增加土壤MBC 含量,但对有机碳影响不明显。综上所述,长期NPKM 或OM 处理可显著增加黄绵土小麦地土壤有机碳和MBC 含量,增加有机碳储量,有利于农田土壤固碳增汇,提高小麦产量及其水分利用效率。

    Abstract:

    Taking long-term positioning test in loessal soil of National soil quality stability observation and test station in Anding District of Gansu Province as the researchobject,the effects of long-term organic manure application on yield and water use efficiency of spring wheat and soil organic carbon in semi-arid area were explored. The results showed that fertilization had significant impact on yield and water useefficiency of springwheat,and the effect of combined application of organic manureand chemical fertilizer(NPKM)was the best,compared with treatmentsof chemical fertilizer(NPK) and organicmanure(OM),the yield and water use efficiency of spring wheat for NPKM were increased by 7.18% and 7.82%,5.91% and3.83%,respectively,after seven years continuous planting of wheat. In the early stage of fertilization(the first threeyears),the effect of NPKM and NPK treatments werebetter than that of OMtreatment,and there was no difference among the three treatmentsin the fourth year of continuous locationfertilization,but the effect of NPKM and OM treatments were obviously better than that of applyingchemical fertilizer(NPK)in the fifth year and after. Compared withNPK treatment,the content of organic carbon of long -term NPKM and OM treatments were increased significantly by 36.88% and 31.98% in 0-20 cmsoillayer,and organic carbon reserves were increased significantly by 31.17%-41.94% and 27.80%-35.81%,respectively,and incremental effects of 0 -10 cm surface layer was significantly better than that of 10-20 cm. The effects of different fertilization treatments onsoil microbial biomass carbon(MBC)were asfollows:NPKM>OM>NPK>CK, there wassignificant difference betweentreatments,and soil MBC of NPKM and OM treatments were increased significantlyby 46.4% and28.7%,respectively,compared with NPK. Long -term single application of NPK could significantly improve the contentofMBC,however,it had no obvious effect onthe content of organic carbon. Inconclusion,long -term NPKM or OM treatments can significantly increase the contents of total organic carbon and microbial biomass carbon of the loessal soilindryland,and increase organic carbon storage and promote the sequestration of farmlandsoilcarbon,and improve yield and water use efficiency of spring wheat.
