    摘要:

    为建立盐碱土中水溶性 Cl -、NO-3和 SO 42-的提取与离子色谱仪同时测定的方法,选取采自新疆和宁夏 2个盐碱地土样进行正交试验,优化土壤水溶性阴离子浸提过程,水土比例对水溶性离子的测定结果影响显著。选择浸提条件为水土比例 5∶1,振荡时间为 3 min,浸提液离心后过 0.45 μm滤膜,待测液 Cl -、NO3-、SO42-采用离子色谱同时测定。结果表明,离子色谱法测定 3种离子线性范围均为 0.2~ 20 mg/L;方法检出限 Cl -为0.18 mg/kg,NO -3为 0.12mg/kg,SO 42-为 0.38 mg/kg。3种离子 6次测定结果相对标准偏差均 <5%;加标回收率90.6%~104%;11种不同地点的盐碱土土壤水溶性盐浸提液中 Cl -、NO3-、SO42-的测定结果分别与电位滴定法、连续流动分析仪法、硫酸钡质量法测定数值之间具有较好的相关性。本方法的检出限、准确度、精密度能满足盐碱土土壤水溶性 Cl -、NO3-和 SO 42-离子含量的同时测定,省时省力。

    Abstract:

    The study was to establish a method for the extraction and determination of water-soluble Cl-,NO3,and SO 42-insaline alkali soil by ion chromatography(IC). Two soil samples from saline alkali soil in Xinjiang and Ningxia were selected. The orthogonal test was conducted to optimize the extraction process of soil water-soluble anions. The ratio of water-extract solution and soil showed a significant impact on the determination results of water-soluble ions. The extraction procedure wasset as:the water and soil ratio was 5 ∶1,the oscillation time was 3 minutes,and the extraction solution was centrifuged-prior to passing 0.45 μm filtermembrane,the concentrations of water -soluble Cl-,NO3 and SO42-ions in the water-extract solution were simultaneously determined by IC. The results showed that the concentration range of standard working curvesfor determining the ions by IC was 0.2-20 mg/L. According to the results of measurements of blankdata,the detection limits were 0.18 mg/kg for Cl -,0.12 mg/kg for NO 3-and 0.38 mg/kg for SO42-,respectively. The relative standard deviation of measured values of each soil sample with 6 replicates was less than 5%. The recovery rate was in ranges of 90.6%-104% when adding the standard ion solution to the soil extracts. The results by IC for determining Cl -,NO3-and SO42-ions in the water-extract of saline alkali soil sampled form 11 different sites had good correlation with the measure values by other method. It-was suggested that water-soluble Cl-,NO3 and SO42-ions were extracted from saline alkali soils could be simultaneously determined by IC with high accuracy and precision.
