    摘要:

    生物炭作为一种土壤改良剂可以有效地改善土壤污染问题。探讨生物炭和氮肥配施对土壤细菌群落的影响,对科学施肥具有重要意义。以往的研究发现,生物炭和氮肥配施可以改变土壤的理化性质,但对土壤微生物影响的研究较少。为探讨生物炭和氮肥配施对土壤细菌群落的影响,对水稻进行盆栽试验,结果表明:生物炭与氮肥的施加使细菌群落的多样性降低,改良后的土壤中细菌的优势门为 Proteobacteria、Acidobacteria、Gemmatimonadetes和Actinobacteria,生物炭和氮肥配施提高了 Acidobacteria和 Actinobacteria的相对丰度,降低了Proteobacteria和 Gemmatimonadetes相对丰度。冗余分析结果表明,土壤 pH值、硝态氮、全磷和全氮是影响土壤微生物群落标志物种丰度的主要驱动因素。生物炭与氮肥配施会改变土壤细菌群落和土壤养分的代谢过程。研究结果为探索适合我国东北黑土区土壤微环境调控的最佳碳、氮模型提供了科学依据。

    Abstract:

    Biochar as a soil amendment could effectively improve soil pollution problems. Exploring the impacts of biochar and nitrogen fertilizer combination on soil bacterial community were important for the scientific fertilization. Previous studies have found that the combination of biochar and nitrogen fertilizer can alter soil physicochemicalproperties,but there is little research on its impact on soil microorganisms. To investigate the effect of biochar and nitrogen fertilizer combination on soil bacterialcommunity,a pot experiment was conducted on rice and the results showed that the diversity of bacterial communities decreased with the application of biochar and nitrogen fertilizer. In theimprovedsoil,Proteobateria,Acidobaceria,Gemmatimonadetes,and Actinobacia were the most prevalent phyla of bacteria. The use of biochar and nitrogen fertilizer enhanced the relative abundances of Acidobacteria and Actinobacteria while decreased the relativeabundances of Proteobacteria and Gemmatimonadetes. Inaddition,redundancy analysis showed that soil pHvalue,nitratenitrogen,total phosphorus and total nitrogen were the main driving factors that affected the species richness of soil microbial community markers. The combination of biochar and nitrogen fertilizer could alter the metabolic process of the soil bacterial community and soil nutrientcontent,which was related to soil bacterial community marker species. This study provided scientific basis for exploring the best carbon nitrogen model suitable for the regulation of soil microenvironment in the black soil area of Northeast China.
