    摘要:

    为研究喷施不同叶面阻隔剂对北方田间春小麦镉的阻控效果,以‘永良4 号’为材料,采用田间试验研究方法,于分蘖期、孕穗期向小麦喷施4 种不同矿质元素型叶面阻隔剂,分别为混合型(MAC)、锰锌元素型(MZ)、硫元素型(S)、硅元素型(Si),同时设置清水喷施为对照,通过测定小麦各器官镉含量分析不同叶面阻隔剂对小麦镉的阻控效果。结果表明:(1)与清水对照相比较,4 种不同矿质元素型叶面阻隔剂均有效降低小麦籽粒中的镉含量,其中,MZ、S 处理使籽粒降镉效果显著,4 种叶面阻隔剂的降镉能力为MZ>S>Si>MAC,籽粒镉含量分别降低了47.7%、40.1%、33.3% 和26.5%。(2)小麦各器官镉富集系数的表现为根> 茎> 叶> 颖壳> 籽粒,叶面喷施4 种矿质元素型阻隔剂后均抑制了小麦籽粒的富集能力,而MAC 和MZ 处理增加了小麦根部的富集能力,抑制了叶片中镉的累积。(3)MAC 和MZ 处理阻隔剂抑制了镉从根至茎部的转移,S 和Si 处理主要抑制叶至籽粒部的镉转运。因此,在通过叶面喷施阻隔剂阻隔小麦镉的污染方面,可以选取喷施MZ 型和S型叶面阻隔剂。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the effect of spraying different foliar barrier on the control of cadmium in spring wheat in northernfields, ‘Yongliang 4’was used as thematerial,and four different mineral elemental foliar barrier agents were sprayed on wheat at the tillering stage and thespikestage,namely,mixedtype(MAC),manganese -zinc elementaltype(MZ), sulphur elementaltype(S),and silicon elementaltype(Si),and the foliar barrier agents were applied at the tilleringstage and spikestage,at the sametime,water spraying was set asthecontrol,and the blocking and controlling effects of different foliar barrier agents on cadmium in wheat were analyzed by determining the cadmium content in various organs ofwheat.The results showedthat:(1)Compared with the watercontrol,four different mineral element type of foliar barrier agents effectively reduced the cadmium contentin wheatgrains,of which,MZ,S treatment made the cadmium reduced in the grainssignificantly,and the cadmium reduction ability of the four foliar barrier agents was ranked asMZ>S>Si>MAC, which reduced the cadmium content in thegrains by47.7%,40.1%,33.3% and26.5%,respectively.(2)The Cd enrichment coefficients of various organs of wheat were ranked asroot>stem>leaf>glume>seed,and the foliar spraying of all four mineral-element-based barrier agents inhibited the enrichment ability of wheatseed,while MAC and MZ increased the enrichment ability of wheat rootand inhibited the accumulation of Cd inleaves.(3)MAC and MZ barrier agents inhibited cadmium transfer from root tostem,while S and Si treatments mainly inhibited cadmium transport from leaf toseed.Therefore,in termsof blocking Cd contamination in wheat by foliar spraying of barrieragents,spraying of MZ and S types of foliar barrier agents could be selected.
