    摘要:

    土壤有机质含量是土壤肥力的重要指标,准确测定其含量对农业生产和土壤环境监测具有现实意义。目前关于土壤有机质含量测定的方法主要有两种:一类是重铬酸钾容量法;另一类是使用高频红外碳硫仪进行测定,两种方法都是通过测定土壤中有机碳的含量,再乘以校正系数间接求得有机质的含量。选用6 种含量不同的土壤和沉积物标准物质,通过两种方法分别进行测定,考察了两种方法测定数据的准确性和精密度,当样品有机质含量较低时,两种方法的精密度都较差,但重铬酸钾容量法测定结果更加稳定、准确,随着有机质含量的增加,两种方法的测定结果均表现出稳定的状态,相比较而言,高频红外碳硫仪法前处理简单,测定方便,适用于大批量土壤样品有机质的快速测定。选取豫北某地区土壤样品进行验证实验,使用重铬酸钾容量法和高频红外碳硫仪法测定的有机质含量在15.8 ~ 29.0 g/kg,两种方法测定结果基本一致,相对偏差分别为0.8 ~ 1.1 和0.6 ~1.0 g/kg,精密度2.8% ~ 6.1% 和2.1% ~ 6.2%,符合相关标准的检测要求。

    Abstract:

    The content of soil organic matter is an important indicator of soilfertility,and accurate measurement of its content has practical significance for agricultural production and soil environmental monitoring. There are currently two main methods for determining soil organic mattercontent:oneis the potassium dichromate volumetricmethod,the other is the use of high-frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer for measurement. Both methods indirectly determine the content of organic matter in soil by measuring the content of organic carbon and multiplying it by a correction coefficient. This article selected six soil and sediment reference materials with different contents and conducted measurements using two methods to examine the accuracy and precision of these methods. When the organic matter content of the sample waslow,the precision of both methods waspoor,but the potassium dichromate volumetric method was more stable and accurate. As the organic matter contentincreased,the results of both methods showed a stable state. Incomparison,the high -frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer method had simple pre-treatmentand convenientdetermination,and was suitable for rapid determination of organic matter in large quantities of soil samples. Selecting soil samples from a certain area in northern Henan for validationexperiments,the organic matter content was determined using potassium dichromate volumetric method and high-frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzermethod,ranging from 15.8 to 29.0 g/kg. The results obtained by the two methods were basicallyconsistent,with relative deviations of 0.8-1.1 g/kg and 0.6-1.0g/kg,and precision of 2.8%-6.1% and2.1%-6.2%, which met the detection requirements of relevant standards.
