    摘要:

    为研究梨园行内蛇莓覆盖对土壤的改善效果,以地布覆盖作为对照,通过对2020—2022年蛇莓覆盖下春季、夏季、秋季土壤理化性质及微生物群落进行分析,研究蛇莓覆盖对土壤微生态的影响。结果表明:(1)梨园行内蛇莓覆盖能提高湿度、降低温度,改善果园小气候,提高土壤过氧化氢酶活性(SCAT)和有机质(SOM)、碱解氮(AN)含量,改善土壤质量,促进梨树生长。土壤养分含量在秋季最多,夏季最低。(2)基于OTU分析,细菌在土壤中的一致性、多样性要强于真菌,真菌的差异性要强于细菌。梨园土壤行内覆盖能提高微生物α多样性指数,降低β多样性指数,提高物种丰富度和稳定性。随着季节的更替,细菌的稳定性降低,真菌的稳定性提高。(3)秋季对照(AGC)、处理(AIC)在主坐标分析(PCoA)、非度量多维尺度分析(NMDS)等分析中均聚在一起,其余组聚在一起,说明季节更替对土壤微生物的作用大于2年蛇莓覆盖,秋季与春夏两季微生物群落差异较大。(4)细菌、真菌门水平分别以Proteobacteria、Ascomycota为主,属水平分别以unidentified Gammaproteo-bacteria、unclassified_Fungi为主,种水平分别以Acidobacteria bacterium WWH4、Fungi_sp.为主。(5)SCAT与微生物有较强的相关性,AN、速效钾(AK)分别与细菌、真菌的多样性相关性较强。综上所述,梨园行内蛇莓覆盖有益于果园微生态的改善,作为一种新的行内覆盖模式对土壤管理模式的更新有一定的参考意义。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the effect of Indian-strawberry covering on soil improvement within the rows of pear orchards,taking the ground-cloth covering as control,the effect of Indian-strawberry covering on soil microbiology were studied by analyzing the soil physicochemical properties and microbial communities in spring,summer and fall under Indian-strawberry covering in 2020—2022. The results were as follows:(1)Indian-strawberry covering in the rows of pear orchards increased humidity,reduced temperature,improved orchard microclimate,increased soil peroxidase activity(SCAT),organic matter(SOM) and available nitrogen(AN) content,improved soil quality,and promoted the growth of pear trees. Soil nutrient content was highest in the fall and lowest in the summer. (2)Based on the OTU analysis,the consistency and diversity of bacteria in the soil was stronger than that of fungi,and the difference of fungi was stronger than that of bacteria. In-row covering of pear orchard soil increased microbial α diversity index,decreased β diversity index,and increased species richness and stability. With the change of seasons,the stability of bacteria was decreased and the stability of fungi was increased. (3)In the fall,the control (AGC)and treatment (AIC)were clustered together in Principal Coordinate Analysis(PCoA) and Nometric Multidimensional Scaling(NMDS) analysis,and the rest of the groups were clustered together,indicating that seasonal turnover had a greater effect on soil microbes than the 2-year Indian-strawberry covering,and that the microbial communities differed more in fall than those in spring and summer. (4)In bacterial and fungal,Proteobacteria and Ascomycota dominated at the phylum level,unidentified Gammaproteobacteria and unclassified_Fungi dominated at the genus level,Acidobacteria bacterium WWH4 and Fungi_sp. dominated at the species level. (5)SCAT had a strong correlation with microorganisms,while AN and available potassium(AK) had a strong correlation with the diversity of bacteria and fungi,respectively. In summary,the Indian-strawberry covering in the rows of pear orchards was beneficial to the improvement of orchard microecology,and as a new mode of covering in the rows,it had a certain reference significance for the updating of soil management mode.
