    摘要:

    探究蚯蚓粪不同比例替代化肥对红薯生长及土壤肥力状况的影响,为红薯种植时的化肥减施提供科学依据。采用田间试验,设置7个处理:不施肥(CK);600 kg/hm2氮磷钾复合肥(0R);10%替代(氮素总量与0R处理相同的前提下,10%的化肥氮素由蚯蚓粪替代,10%R);20%替代(20%R);40%替代(40%R);60%替代(60%R);100%替代(100%R)。在红薯发根分枝结薯期(栽秧后40 d)、蔓薯并长期(栽秧后120 d)、收获期(栽秧后160 d )测定红薯的农艺性状和土壤养分含量,分析收获期的红薯产量和品质指标。结果显示,在3个时期,40%R处理的红薯农艺性状(主蔓长、茎粗、叶长×叶宽、单株地上部分鲜重)整体较好,其次是0R处理。红薯单位面积产量在40%R处理(33.65×103 kg/hm2)和0R处理(31.51×103 kg/hm2)中最高,显著高于CK、60%R和100%R处理(P<0.05)。随着蚯蚓粪替代化肥的比例增加,红薯块根中淀粉和可溶性蛋白含量呈先增加后减少的趋势,在40%R处理中达到最高;可溶性糖含量则呈现相反规律。在红薯整个生长期,0R处理土壤速效养分含量整体较高,40%R处理与之差异不显著,土壤有机质含量以20%R和40%R处理最高,分别为16.43和16.08 g/kg。通过相关性分析发现,土壤速效养分之间呈显著正相关,淀粉含量与可溶性糖含量呈显著负相关。通过偏最小二乘路径模型(PLS-PM)发现,土壤速效养分对红薯产量有显著的正向影响,对红薯品质的正向影响非常小,但可以通过显著影响红薯农艺性状间接影响红薯品质。综合来看,40%蚯蚓粪替代化肥能在保证红薯较高产量的同时提高红薯品质,且能有效提高土壤有机质含量,有利于土壤肥力的可

    Abstract:

    To provide theoretical basis for reducing inorganic fertilizer application during sweet potato cultivation,the effects of different proportions of vermicompost replacing chemical fertilizers on the growth of sweet potato and soil fertility were investigated.The field experiment was conducted with seven treatments:no fertilization(CK);600 kg/hm2 of nitrogen phosphorus potassium(NPK)compound fertilizer(0R);10% replacement(i.e.:under the same total N application rate as in the 0R treatment,10% of chemical fertilizer N was replaced by vermicompost,10%R);20% replacement(20%R);40% replacement(40%R);60% replacement(60%R);100% replacement(100%R).The agronomic characters of sweet potato and soil nutrient contents were measured at the root branching-tuberization(40 days after planting),vine-potato growing(120 days after planting) and harvest(160 days after planting)stages.The yield and quality of sweet potato were analyzed after harvest.Results showed that the agronomic characters(main vine length,stem diameter,leaf length×width,and fresh weight of the aboveground)of sweet potato treated with 40%R were generally better at three stages,followed by 0R treatment.The yields of sweet potato in 40%R treatment(33.65×103 kg/hm2)and 0R treatment(31.51×103 kg/hm2)showed the highest values,which was significantly higher than CK,60%R and 100%R treatments(P<0.05).As the proportion of vermicompost replacing chemical fertilizers increased,the starch and soluble protein contents of sweet potato were firstly increased and then decreased,reached the highest level in the 40%R treatment.The soluble sugar content showed the opposite pattern.During the entire growth stage of sweet potatoes,the soil available nutrients contents of 0R treatment were generally higher,while showed no significant difference compared to 40%R treatment.The soil organic matter content showed the highest values in the 20%R(16.43 g/kg)and 40%R(16.08 g/kg)treatments.The correlation analysis showed a significant positive correlation among soil available nutrients,and a significant negative correlation between starch content and soluble sugar content.Through the PLS-PM structural model,it was found that soil available nutrients had a significant positive impact on sweet potato yield,while the positive impact on sweet potato quality was very weak.However,soil available nutrients contents could indirectly affect sweet potato quality by significantly affecting its agronomic characters.Overall,replacing chemical fertilizer with 40% vermicompost could not only ensure high yield and quality of sweet potato,but also effectively improve soil organic matter content,thus achieve sustainable soil fertility management.
