    摘要:

    我国是农业大国,长期大量使用化肥不仅造成资源浪费,还导致土壤质量下降、作物减产、污染加剧等问题,甚至危害人类公共健康。微藻生物肥因其原料广泛、营养元素丰富、含有活性物质等优点而成为了一种具有潜力的新型功能肥料。采用文献调研的方法,对微藻生物肥的制备形态、配方,以及其在“土壤-作物”系统和土壤污染修复方面的作用进行了综述。结果表明,藻肥以液体制备型为主,混合型藻肥的效果要优于单一藻肥;微藻可以通过自身的光合作用和固氮、固碳作用增加土壤的养分含量,并通过自身的细胞活性和代谢产生的活性物质刺激作物发芽、生长以及对养分的吸收,提升农产品产量和品质;最重要的是,微藻可以增加土壤酶活和微生物活性,从而改善土壤微生态,修复土壤荒漠化和酸碱化,降低土壤污染物含量。最后,对如何优选藻种、更大地发挥微藻在农业中的降碳固氮作用做出展望,以期为微藻生物肥的农业应用提供有益参考。

    Abstract:

    China is a big agricultural country,long-term use of fertilizer will not only cause waste of resources,but also lead to soil quality decline,crop yield reduction,pollution intensification and other problems,and even endanger human public health. Microalgae bio-fertilizer has become a potential new functional fertilizer because of its wide range of raw materials,rich nutrients and active substances. In this paper,the preparation forms and formulations of microalgae biofertilizer,as well as its role in soil-crop system and soil pollution remediation were reviewed. The results showed that the main type of algae fertilizer was liquid,and the effect of mixed type was better than that of single type. Microalgae could increase the nutrient content of soil through their own photosynthesis,nitrogen fixation and carbon fixation,and stimulate the germination and growth of crops and nutrient absorption through their own cell activity and metabolism of active substances,so as to improve the yield and quality of agricultural products. Most importantly,microalgae could increase soil enzyme activity and microbial activity,thereby improving soil microecology,repairing soil desertification and acidification,and reducing soil pollutant content. Finally,this research made a prospect on how to optimize the algae species and give full play to the role of microalgae in reducing carbon and fixing nitrogen in agriculture,in order to provide a useful reference for the agricultural application of microalgae biological fertilizer.
