    摘要:

    研究氮肥减量氨基酸配施对新疆棉田棉花生长、养分吸收、产量构成及氮肥利用率的影响,为新疆棉田氮肥合理施用提供科学依据。采用大田试验方法,设置不施氮肥对照(0%N)、农户氮肥用量(130%N)、测土配方推荐氮肥用量(100%N)、氮肥减量(70%N)和氮肥减量氨基酸配施(70%N+AA)处理,测定了棉田植株生物量、各器官养分吸收量和籽棉产量,计算了棉田氮肥利用率。结果表明:(1)棉花各器官生物量表现为随施氮量减少而降低的趋势;相比于氮肥减量处理,氨基酸添加显著提高了棉花植株生物量。(2)棉花各器官含氮量表现为随施氮量减少而降低,或先增加后降低的趋势;相比于氮肥减量处理,氨基酸添加显著提高了棉花叶和絮的含氮量。(3)棉花氮素吸收量表现为随施氮量减少而降低的趋势;相比于氮肥减量处理,氨基酸添加显著提高了棉花氮素吸收量。(4)相比于氮肥减量处理(6679.48 kg/hm2),氨基酸添加显著提高了棉花的籽棉产量,在70%N+ AA处理时达到8230.44 kg/hm2。(5)棉田氮肥利用率随施氮量减少呈现先增加后下降的趋势,在100%N处理时最高,为39.65%;相比于氮肥减量处理(18.19%),氨基酸添加提高了棉田的氮肥利用率,在70%N+AA处理时达到49.13%。综上,氨基酸配施可在较低化学氮肥用量条件下,提高棉花产量和氮肥利用效率,可作为新疆棉田氮肥减施增效的有效措施。

    Abstract:

    The effects of nitrogen fertilizer reduction and amino acid application on cotton growth,nutrient absorption,yield composition and nitrogen use efficiency in Xinjiang cotton field were studied to provide scientific basis for rational application of nitrogen fertilizer in Xinjiang cotton field. The field experiment method was used to set up no nitrogen fertilizer control(0%N),nitrogen fertilizer application rate of farmers(130%N),recommended nitrogen fertilizer application rate of soil testing formula(100%N),nitrogen fertilizer reduction(70%N)and nitrogen fertilizer reduction with amino acid application(70%N+AA). The plant biomass,nutrient uptake of each organ and seed cotton yield were measured,and the nitrogen use efficiency of cotton field was calculated. The results showed that:(1)The biomass of cotton organs decreased with the decrease of nitrogen application rate;compared with nitrogen fertilizer reduction treatment,amino acid addition significantly increased cotton plant biomass. (2)The nitrogen content of cotton organs decreased with the decrease of nitrogen application rate,or increased first and then decreased. Compared with nitrogen fertilizer reduction treatment,amino acid addition significantly increased the nitrogen content of cotton leaves and flocs. (3)The nitrogen uptake of cotton decreased with the decrease of nitrogen application rate;compared with nitrogen fertilizer reduction treatment,amino acid addition significantly increased cotton nitrogen uptake. (4)Compared with nitrogen fertilizer reduction treatment(6679.48 kg/hm2),amino acid addition significantly increased the seed cotton yield of cotton,reaching 8230.44 kg/hm2 at 70% N+AA treatment. (5)The nitrogen use efficiency of cotton field increased first and then decreased with the decrease of nitrogen application rate,and the highest was 39.65% at 100% N treatment. Compared with the nitrogen fertilizer reduction treatment(18.19%),amino acid addition increased the nitrogen use efficiency of cotton fields,reaching 49.13% at 70%N+AA treatment. In summary,the combined application of amino acids improved cotton yield and nitrogen use efficiency under the condition of lower chemical nitrogen fertilizer application rate,which could be used as an effective measure to reduce nitrogen fertilizer application and increase efficiency in Xinjiang cotton field.
