    摘要:

    明确定植沟不同处理方式对果树根系生长发育的影响,为通过合理的定植沟处理方式促进根系发育、提高果树养分利用率、降低肥料用量提供依据。以新定植苹果幼树为试验材料,设定植沟施有机肥、有机物料、增氧型袋控缓释肥、有机肥+增氧型袋控缓释肥、有机物料+增氧型袋控缓释肥和对照(不添加)6个处理,采用微根管技术结合根系挖掘法研究定植沟不同处理方式对苹果幼树根系生长发育的影响。结果表明:有机肥处理和有机肥+增氧型袋控缓释肥处理根系密度显著高于有机物料处理和增氧型袋控缓释肥处理,20~40 cm土层根系密度明显高于0~20 cm土层。有机肥+增氧型袋控缓释肥处理根系长度、根系表面积、根系体积、根尖数、分支数和交叉数等参数显著高于对照和其他处理,但一级、二级侧根数量显著低于其他处理。小于2 mm细根以有机肥+增氧型袋控缓释肥处理最高。定植沟各处理显著提高了根系下扎能力,有机物料+增氧型袋控缓释肥处理显著高于其他处理。定植沟各处理提高了根系中值寿命,显著降低了根系周转率。定植沟各处理与对照处理相比,显著提高了土壤矿质氮(铵态氮+硝态氮)、有效磷、速效钾含量,且保持养分稳定。除11月20日取样时间,其他时间定植沟各处理与对照处理相比,显著提高了土壤氧气含量,土壤氧气含量有机物料+增氧型袋控缓释肥处理显著高于其他处理。定植沟采用有机肥、有机物料、增氧型袋控缓释肥以及组合处理后,均可以一定程度上提高土壤氧气含量,保持土壤养分浓度稳定,显著提高根系密度、根系长度、根系表面积、根系体积、根尖数、分支数和交叉数等参数,降低根系粗度,提高根系下扎能力,延长根系中值寿命,降低根系周转,有机肥+增氧型袋控缓释肥处理效果最好。有机肥处理对土壤氧气含量影响小于有机物料处理,对细根影响更大。有机物料处理和增氧型袋控缓释肥处理对根系生长、发育影响相似,其对粗根影响更大。

    Abstract:

    The effects of different planting ditch treatments on root growth and development of fruit trees were determined to provide a basis for promoting root development,improving the nutrient utilization rate and reducing the amount of fertilizer through appropriate planting ditch treatments.The study was carried out with 6 treatments,including planting ditch applied with organic fertilizer,organic material,aerobic bag controlled-release fertilizer,organic fertilizer+aerobic bag controlled-release fertilizer,organic material+aerobic bag controlled-release fertilizer and no treatment control.The newly planted young apple trees were taken as testing materials.The effects of different treatments of planting ditch on root growth and development were studied by minirhizotron combined with root excavation method.The results showed that the root density of organic fertilizer treatment and organic fertilizer+aerobic bag controlled-release fertilizer treatment was significantly higher than that of organic material treatment and aerobic bag controlled-release fertilizer treatment.The root density of 20-40 cm soil layer was significantly higher than that of 0-20 cm soil layer.The parameters of root length,root surface area,root volume,root tip number,branch number and crossing number of organic fertilizer+aerobic bag controlled-release fertilizer treatment were significantly higher than those of the control and other treatments,but the number of primary and secondary lateral roots was significantly lower than those of other treatments.For fine roots less than 2 mm,the treatment of organic fertilizer+aerobic bag controlled-release fertilizer was the highest.The planting ditch treatments improved the ability of root penetration to deep layer,and the treatment of organic material+aerobic bag controlled-release fertilizer was significantly higher than those of other treatments.The treatment of planting ditch increased the median lifespan of roots and significantly reduced the turnover rate of roots.Compared with the control treatment,the planting ditch treatment significantly increased the concentration of soil mineral nitrogen(ammonium nitrogen + nitrate nitrogen),available phosphorus and available potassium,and maintained the stability of nutrients.Except for the samples at November 20th,the soil oxygen concentration in the treatment of planting ditch was significantly higher than that in the control treatment at other times,and the soil oxygen concentration in the treatment of organic material+bag controlled-release fertilizer was significantly higher than that in other treatments.In conclusion,the application of organic fertilizer,organic materials,aerobic bag controlled-release fertilizer and combined treatment in the planting ditch improved the soil oxygen concentration to a certain extent,maintained the stability of soil nutrient concentration,significantly improved the parameters such as root density,root length,root surface area,root volume,root tip number,branch number and crossing number,reduced the root diameter,improved the ability of root penetration to deep layer and prolonged the median lifespan of roots,reduced the root turnover rate.The effect of organic fertilizer+aerobic bag controlled-release fertilizer treatment was the best.The effect of organic fertilizer treatment on soil oxygen concentration was less than that of organic material treatment,and had a greater effect on fine root.Organic material treatment and aerobic bag controlled-release fertilizer treatment had similar effects on root growth and development,and the two treatments had greater effects on coarse roots.
