Effects of sheep plate manure and bacterial fertilizer on the soil nutrient and enzyme activity of degenerate alpine meadow

    摘要:

    以黄河源区斑块化退化高寒草甸为研究对象,选用菌肥与羊板粪作为试验材料,探讨生态修复过程中土壤养分和酶活性的变化,旨在为斑块化退化高寒草甸生态修复提供理论依据。结果表明,不同施肥处理均可改变土壤容重、土壤含水量和土壤pH;羊板粪和菌肥单施处理均可提高土壤有机碳、全氮、全磷、硝态氮、铵态氮和有效磷含量,但差异不显著。羊板粪与菌肥配施可显著提高上述土壤养分含量,且对土壤酶活性的改良效果明显优于单施羊板粪和单施菌肥,各处理均与不施肥处理差异显著。相关性分析表明,土壤酶活性与土壤因子之间存在显著正相关性,其中土壤酶活性受硝态氮影响显著。由冗余分析可知,在不同施肥处理下,土壤铵态氮和土壤pH是影响土壤酶活性的主要环境因子。土壤pH与土壤容重之间呈正相关关系,与土壤含水量呈负相关关系。总体来看,在黄河源区斑块化退化高寒草甸生态修复中,每公顷1500 kg羊板粪和250 kg菌肥配施处理效果最佳。

    Abstract:

    The degraded alpine meadow in the source region of the Yellow River was taken as the research object,and bacterial manure and sheep manure were selected as the experimental materials to explore the changes of soil nutrients and enzyme activities during ecological restoration,in order to provide theoretical basis for ecological restoration of degraded alpine meadow in patches. The results showed that different fertilization treatment changed soil capacity,soil water content and pH. Both single sheep plate manure and single bacterial fertilizer treatment increased the content of soil organic carbon,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,nitrate nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen and available phosphorus,and there was no significant difference between them. But the combined application of sheep plate manure and bacterial fertilizer significantly improved the nutrient content of the above soil. The improvement of the improvement of the soil enzyme activity of combined application of sheep plate manure and bacterial fertilizer was significantly better than that of single sheep plate manure or single bacterial fertilizer treatment. Related analysis showed that there were significant correlation between soil enzyme activity and soil factors,of which soil enzyme activity was significantly affected by nitrate nitrogen. According to RDA analysis,under different fertilization treatment,ammonia nitrogen and pH in the soil were environmental factors affecting soil enzyme activity. pH value was positively correlated with soil capacity,and negatively with the water content. Generally speaking,in the ecological restoration of the degraded alpine meadow in the source region of the Yellow River,the combined application of 1500 kg sheep manure and 250 kg bacterial fertilizer per hectare showed the best effect.
