Effect of municipal sludge compost and microbial fungicides on the growth of Astragalus adsurgens in coal mining areas

    摘要:

    西部干旱半干旱区采煤塌陷地土壤贫瘠、植物生长受限。为探究城市污泥堆肥和微生物菌剂对半干旱煤矿区沙打旺生长及土壤养分的影响,利用城市污泥堆肥(W)与3种微生物菌剂(P、B、K)作为土壤改良剂,研究其施加后对土壤养分和沙打旺生长以及抗逆性的影响。结果表明,污泥堆肥与3种微生物菌剂组合处理(WPBK组)提高了土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾等土壤养分含量,且提高了沙打旺的株高、根长等生长指标,增强了沙打旺的抗逆能力。在大田试验条件下,WPBK组的综合效果最佳,与对照(CK)相比,土壤有机质、全氮、有效磷、速效钾平均含量显著提高90.6%、28.66%、130.81%、32.55%;沙打旺叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素含量显著提升70.80%、71.43%、59.18%;沙打旺株高、根长、盖度显著提升81.5%、155.45%、210%;沙打旺地上、地下生物量显著提升140.38%、208.27%;沙打旺脯氨酸含量显著提升102.16%,超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶活性显著提升139.20%、466.66%、93.96%。总体而言,WPBK组的效果最佳,另外,WP组在沙打旺促生、土壤养分提高方面也有很好的效果,但对植物抗逆性的效果一般。本研究可为干旱半干旱矿区植被恢复提供技术支持,并为污水厂污泥堆肥在矿区植被恢复中的有效利用提供依据。

    Abstract:

    The soil in coal mining subsidence areas in the arid and semi-arid regions of western China is poor and plant growth is restricted.In order to investigate the effects of urban sludge compost and microbial fungicides on the growth and soil nutrients of Astragalus adsurgens in semi-arid coal mining areas,urban sludge compost and three microbial fungicides were used as soil conditioners to study their application effects on soil nutrients and growth of Astragalus adsurgens,as well as resistance to adversity.The results showed that sludge compost with three microbial fungicides(WPBK group) increased soil nutrient contents such as soil humus,total nitrogen,alkaline dissolved nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium and other soil nutrient contents,and also improved the growth indexes such as plant height and root length of Astragalus adsurgens,and enhanced the resistance ability of Astragalus adsurgens.Under the conditions of the field experiment,the WPBK group had the best overall effect.Compared with CK,the average contents of soil humus,total nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium significantly increased by 90.6%,28.66%,130.81%,and 32.55%,respectively;the average contents chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoids of Astragalus adsurgens were significantly increased by 70.80%,71.43%,and 59.18%,respectively;the plant height,root length and cover of Astragalus adsurgens were significantly increased by 81.5%,155.45% and 210%,respectively;the above and below ground biomass of Astragalus adsurgens significantly increased by 140.38% and 208.27%,respectively;the average contents of proline,SOD,CAT and POD of Astragalus adsurgens were significantly increased by 102.16%,139.20%,466.66% and 93.96%,respectively.Overall,the WPBK group had the best effect,in addition,the WP group also had good effect in the promotion of growth and soil nutrient enhancement of Astragalus adsurgens,but the effect on plant resistance was average.This study provided technical supports for vegetation restoration in arid and semi-arid mining areas and provided a basis for the effective use of sewage plant sludge compost in vegetation restoration in mining areas.
