    摘要:

    研究不同类型及用量生物质灰配施生物有机肥对当季甜瓜生长的影响,以明确适宜甜瓜生长的生物质灰施用条件并探明该条件下连续两季甜瓜植株生长和土壤性质的变化情况,为生物质灰的资源化利用提供理论参考。在施用生物有机肥的基础上,分别设置两种生物质灰类型(底灰和飞灰)和4种用量水平(0.5%、1.0%、2.0%和3.0%干土重),以不施加生物质灰为对照(CK),共9个处理进行盆栽试验,筛选出适宜甜瓜生长的生物质灰类型并研究其对当季和第二季甜瓜植株生长及土壤性质的影响。结果表明:(1)与单施生物有机肥相比,底灰配施后不同程度上提高了当季甜瓜植株的株高、鲜重和干重,促进了茎粗和最大叶片面积的增长;土壤容重、碱解氮含量降低,土壤总孔隙度、有效磷、速效钾、有机质和碱性磷酸酶活性增加。飞灰配施后则因导致当季土壤电导率过高而促生作用不明显,甚至有抑制甜瓜茎粗增长等负面影响。(2)不同用量底灰仍能促进第二季甜瓜植株的生长和土壤性质的改良,但整体效果较施用当季有一定的衰减。(3)相关性分析表明,底灰处理促进甜瓜植株生长与其增加土壤速效钾、有机质含量和土壤酶活性密切相关。(4)底灰输入提高了土壤重金属镉和铅的积累,但没有造成土壤污染,土壤重金属污染评价等级为安全。综上,生物质底灰配施生物有机肥能够促进甜瓜植株生长并改善土壤性状,可为生物质灰的合理利用和设施土壤改良提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    This study explored the impact of varying types and doses of biomass ash combined with bio-organic fertilizer on melon growth during the current season. It aimed to determine the optimal conditions for applying biomass ash to foster melon growth and investigate the changes in both plant development and soil properties across two consecutive seasons,which could provide theoretical reference for the resourceful utilization of biomass ash. On the basis of applying bio-organic fertilizer,two types of biomass ash(bottom ash and fly ash)were set up with four dosage levels(0.5%,1.0%,2.0%,and 3.0% of dry soil weight),and no biomass ash was applied as the control(CK),a total of nine treatments were conducted in pot experiments. The biomass ash conducive to melon growth was screened out and their effects on both melon plant growth and soil properties were examined during two seasons. The findings demonstrated that:(1)In comparison to solely using bio-organic fertilizer,the combined application of bottom ash led to varying degrees of enhancement in plant height,fresh and dry weight of melon plants,stem diameter and area of the largest leaf,but soil bulk density and alkaline nitrogen content decreased,while the soil total porosity,available phosphorus,available potassium,organic matter,and alkaline phosphatase activity increased. Conversely,the application of fly ash displayed inconspicuous promotive effects due to heightened soil EC during the current season,even causing adverse effects such as impeding melon stem growth.(2)Varied amounts of bottom ash continued to stimulate melon plant growth and enhance soil properties in the subsequent season,albeit demonstrating an overall attenuation compared to the current season.(3)Correlation analysis indicated a close relationship between the enhancement of melon plant growth via bottom ash treatment and the concurrent increase in soil available potassium,organic matter content,and soil enzyme activity.(4)The introduction of bottom ash resulted in heightened accumulation of heavy metals like cadmium and lead in the soil,but did not cause soil pollution. Evaluation outcomes indicated a safe level of heavy metal pollution. In summary,the combined application of biomass bottom ash and bio-organic fertilizer facilitated melon plant growth and improved soil properties,providing a theoretical basis for the judicious utilization of biomass ash and the enhancement of facility soil.
