    摘要:

    磷是植物生长必需的大量元素之一,但作物对磷的响应因品种而存在差异。为探究不同大白菜品种对磷的响应,以选育适低磷较优品种,试验设置了大白菜品种和磷水平的双因素试验:10个大白菜品种,分别在磷水平20和200 mg/kg下种植,测定大白菜地上部、根部性状以及根部土壤pH、酸性磷酸酶活性的变化,以探究供磷水平对不同品种大白菜生长的影响。试验结果表明:(1)大白菜植株地上和地下部性状受土壤磷水平和品种影响较大。整体上,低磷处理使大白菜的地上部干重和根部磷浓度降低,降幅分别为12.00%~25.17%和19.12%~31.56%;(2)高、低磷处理大白菜地上和地下部性状之间都具有较强的相关性,高磷处理下,大白菜有47组地上和地下部性状显著相关,低磷处理下,大白菜有33组地上和地下部性状显著相关;(3)低磷处理显著增强部分品种大白菜根际土壤酸性磷酸酶活性,增幅为7.46%~36.72%;(4)低磷条件下,叠抱卵圆型E大白菜保持优于其他品种的地上部磷浓度和根部磷浓度,使其地上部磷含量和地上部干重增加,分别增加14.85%和26.03%,同时低磷处理降低了叠抱卵圆型E大白菜土壤pH、增强了酸性磷酸酶活性、增加了土壤中磷素的有效性;合抱平顶型I品种大白菜能根据磷水平的改变来调节根部性状的发育;叠抱卵圆型E、合抱平顶型I品种大白菜是较适宜在低磷条件下种植的品种。

    Abstract:

    Phosphorus is one of the essential elements for plant growth,but the response of crops to phosphorus varies according to varieties. In order to investigate the response of different Chinese cabbage varieties to phosphorus,and select and breed suitable low phosphorus superior varieties,a two-factor test of cabbage varieties and phosphorus levels was conducted,including ten cabbage varieties and two phosphorus levels of 20 and 200 mg/kg. The aboveground and root traits of cabbage,as well as root soil pH,acid phosphatase activity changes were determined,in order to explore the impact of phosphorus supply levels on the growth of different varieties of cabbage. The results showed:(1)The aboveground and belowground traits of Chinese cabbage plants were greatly affected by soil phosphorus levels and varieties. Overall,low phosphorus treatment reduced the aboveground dry weight and root phosphorus concentration of Chinese cabbage by 12.00%-25.17% and 19.12%-31.56%,respectively;(2)There was a strong correlation between aboveground and belowground traits of Chinese cabbage under high and low phosphorus treatments. Under the high phosphorus treatment,47 groups of cabbage aboveground and belowground traits were significantly correlated,while under low phosphorus treatment,33 groups of cabbage aboveground and belowground traits were significantly correlated;(3)Low phosphorus treatment significantly enhanced the acid phosphatase activity in rhizosphere soil of some varieties of cabbage,with an increase of 7.46%-36.72%;(4)In low phosphorus conditions,stacked embracing ovoid E cabbage maintained better aboveground phosphorus concentration and root phosphorus concentration than other varieties,so that its aboveground phosphorus content and aboveground dry weight increased by 14.85% and 26.03%,respectively,while low phosphorus treatment reduced soil pH of the stacked ovoid E cabbage,enhanced acid phosphatase activity to increase the effectiveness of phosphorus in the soil;Embracing flat-topped type I variety of cabbage could adjust the change of the development of root traits according to the phosphorus level;Both the stacked embracing ovoid E and embracing flat-topped type I were varieties of cabbage which were more suitable for growing under low phosphorus conditions.
