    摘要:

    从遵义市烟草青枯病和黑胫病常发地块分离到一株具有防病促生功能的菌株S8797。该菌株能够有效拮抗茄科雷尔氏菌、烟草疫霉菌等12种植物病原菌,并具有溶解无机磷、解钾、产纤维素酶和产NH3的能力。通过16S rDNA和多基因序列系统发育分析和平均核苷酸一致性分析,将菌株S8797鉴定为分散泛菌(Pantoea dispersa)。菌株S8797基因组为4.86 Mb,不含质粒,GC含量为57.4%,包含编码基因4399个以及非编码基因81个,利用antiSMASH可预测得到6个潜在的次生代谢产物合成基因簇。生物测定结果表明,菌株S8797可以有效防治烟草青枯病,室内盆栽防效达到55.0%。S8797菌悬液处理的烟草长势旺盛,株高显著高于MgCl2溶液对照处理。结果表明,分散泛菌S8797具有广谱拮抗植物病原菌的能力,对烟草具有防病促生的潜力,同时为泛菌生防菌剂和微生物肥料开发奠定了基础。

    Abstract:

    A bacterial strain S8797 was isolated from frequent occurrence sites of tobacco bacterial wilt and black shank diseases in Zunyi. This strain exhibited significant disease control and growth-promoting capabilities. It effectively antagonized 12 plant pathogens including Ralstonia solanacearum and Phytophthora nicotianae. Moreover,it demonstrated abilities in dissolving inorganic phosphorus,potassium solubilization,cellulase enzyme production,and NH3 production. Through analysis utilizing 16S rDNA,multigene sequence phylogenetics,and average nucleotide identity,strain S8797 was identified as Pantoea dispersa. The genome size of S8797 was determined to be 4.86 Mb without any plasmids,with a GC content of 57.4%. It comprises 4399 coding genes and 81 non-coding genes. Furthermore,the prediction using antiSMASH revealed the presence of 6 potential secondary metabolite biosynthetic gene clusters. Biological assays demonstrated that strain S8797 effectively controlled tobacco bacterial wilt,achieving a control efficacy of 55.0% in pot experiments. Tobacco plants treated with S8797 suspension exhibited vigorous growth,with significantly greater height compared to the control. These results highlighted the broad-spectrum antagonistic capabilities of Pantoea dispersa S8797 against plant pathogens,indicating its potential in disease control and growth promotion in tobacco,meanwhile laid the groundwork for the development of Pantoea-based biocontrol agents and microbial fertilizers.
