添加油菜秸秆对青藏高原羊粪堆肥病原菌及抗生素去除效果的影响

Effects of rape straw addition on pathogenic bacteria and antibiotic removal efficiency of sheep manure compost on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

    摘要:

    通过分析堆肥理化性质、病原菌及抗生素去除效果,探讨了油菜秸秆添加比例对青藏高原羊粪堆肥发酵品质和堆肥产品安全性的影响。将羊粪与油菜秸秆分别以5∶1(RS1)、4∶1(RS2)、3∶1(RS3)和2∶1(RS4)进行混合,以不添加油菜秸秆作为对照(CK),进行为期36 d的堆肥试验。通过测定堆肥过程温度、含水率、pH、电导率、碳氮比和种子发芽指数等指标,综合分析油菜秸秆添加比例对羊粪堆肥发酵品质的影响。进一步测定堆肥过程中大肠菌群和沙门氏菌数量以及多种抗生素浓度的变化,分析堆肥产品安全性。相较于CK,RS2和RS3处理能提高堆肥最高温度,分别达6.6和6.9℃,并分别延长高温期(>50℃)6和7 d,而RS4处理的最高温和高温期均低于CK;RS2和RS3处理能显著提高堆肥产品种子发芽指数(P<0.05),提升幅度分别达28.0%和22.6%,而RS4处理的种子发芽指数与CK并未显示出显著性差异(P>0.05);RS2和RS3处理还能显著提高堆肥大肠菌群和沙门氏菌去除效果,以及促进四环素、土霉素、青霉素和头孢菌素C去除(P<0.05)。因此,添加20%~25%油菜秸秆能提升青藏高原羊粪堆肥发酵效率,提升堆肥产品品质和生物安全性,其中添加20%油菜秸秆的堆肥效果更佳。

    Abstract:

    By analyzing the physical and chemical properties of compost,pathogenic bacteria,and antibiotic removal effects,the effects of rape straw addition ratio on the fermentation quality and safety of sheep manure compost on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau were discussed. Sheep manure and rape straw were mixed with 5∶1(RS1),4∶1(RS2),3∶1(RS3)and 2∶1(RS4),respectively,and no rape straw was added as control(CK),and the composting experiment was carried out for 36 days. The effects of temperature,moisture content,pH,conductivity,carbon to nitrogen ratio and seed germination index on the fermentation quality of sheep manure were analyzed comprehensively. The quantity of Coliform and Salmonella and the concentration of various antibiotics during the composting process were further determined to analyze the safety of compost products. Compared with CK,RS2 and RS3 increased the maximum temperature of compost by 6.6 and 6.9℃,respectively,and extended the high temperature period(> 50℃)for 6 and 7 days,respectively,while the maximum temperature and high temperature period of RS4 was worse than that of CK;RS2 and RS3 significantly increased the germination index of compost products(P<0.05)by 28.0% and 22.6%,respectively,while RS4 showed no significant difference with CK(P > 0.05);RS2 and RS3 also significantly improved the removal efficiency of Coliform and Salmonella,and promoted the removal of tetracycline,oxytetracycline,penicillin and cephalosporin C(P<0.05). Adding 20%-25% rape straw could improve the fermentation efficiency of sheep manure composting,improve the quality and biosafety of compost products,and the compost effect of adding 20% rape straw was better.
