Effects of nitrogen reduction with carbon-based fertilizer on soil physicochemical properties,potato yield and quality

    摘要:

    为了研究减氮条件下施用炭基肥对土壤理化性质与马铃薯产量和品质的影响,通过田间试验,设置不施氮肥(CK),常规施氮(N100),80%氮肥+1500 kg/hm2炭基肥(N80BC1),80%氮肥+3000 kg/hm2炭基肥(N80BC2),60%氮肥+1500 kg/hm2炭基肥(N60BC1),60%氮肥+3000 kg/hm2炭基肥(N60BC2)6个处理,并筛选出最佳施肥处理,以期为实际生产应用提供参考依据。结果表明,炭基肥施用后土壤pH和有机质、全氮含量均升高,较N100处理提高范围分别为1.5%~15.7%和5.7%~46.3%、14.6%~24.4%。除有效磷外,土壤pH、有机质、全量养分、碱解氮、速效钾含量均随炭基肥施用量的增加而增加。炭基肥的施用提高了土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶活性,N80BC2处理土壤脲酶活性和过氧化氢酶活性较N100处理分别提升了31.26%和31.18%;蔗糖酶随炭基肥的增加而显著降低。减氮配施炭基肥处理均可增加马铃薯块茎中氮、磷养分含量。氮肥减量配施炭基肥有效提高了马铃薯产量和可溶性糖、淀粉及蛋白质、维生素C含量,N80BC2处理产量最高,为33.33 t/hm2,较N100处理增产6.67 t/hm2,增幅为25.0%。相关性分析表明,土壤pH、全磷和全钾含量、过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性与马铃薯产量和品质之间呈显著性正相关的关系。综上,减氮配施炭基肥能够有效改良土壤酸性,提升土壤养分含量和酶活性,促进养分转化,增加植物养分含量,提高马铃薯产量、质量及经济效益,以N80BC2处理效果最明显。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the effects of soil properties,potato yield and quality under nitrogen reduction with carbon-based fertilizer,a field experiment was designed with following treatments in Northeast Yunnan,no nitrogen fertilizer(CK),conventional nitrogen fertilizer(N100),80% nitrogen fertilizer + 1500 kg/hm2 carbon-based fertilizer(N80BC1),80% nitrogen fertilizer + 3000 kg/hm2 carbon-based fertilizer(N80BC2),60% nitrogen fertilizer + 1500 kg/hm2 carbon-based fertilizer(N60BC1),60% nitrogen fertilizer + 3000 kg/hm2(N60BC2). The results showed that with the application of biochar-based fertilizer,soil pH,organic matter and total nitrogen content increased by 1.5%-15.7%,5.7%-46.3% and 14.6%-24.4%,respectively,compared to that of the N100 treatment. With increasing rates of biochar-based fertilizer,soil pH,organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium,alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen and available potassium increased except for available phosphorus. The application of carbon-based fertilizer increased soil urease and catalase,and the N80BC2 treatments significantly increased the activities of soil urease by 31.26% and catalase 31.18%. However,the activities of sucrase decreased significantly with the increase of carbon-based fertilizer. Carbon-based fertilizer also increased the content of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients in potato tubers. Biochar and nitrogen fertilizer combined application also increased potato yield,soluble sugar,starch,protein and vitamin C content,and the yield(33.33 t/hm2) of N80BC2 treatment was the highest,which increased by 6.67 t/hm2 and 25.0%,compared with N100 treatment. The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between soil pH,total phosphorus and potassium contents,catalase and urease activities and potato yield and quality. The application of nitrogen reduction combined with carbon-based fertilizer could effectively improve soil acidity,increase soil nutrient content and enzyme activity,promote nutrient transformation,increase plant nutrient content,and improve potato yield,quality and economic efficiency,with the N80BC2 treatment being the most effective.
