In order to reveal the effect of organic liquid fertilizer on soil aggregate stability and organic carbon and total nitrogen distribution, this paper simulated the fertilization test, three treatments were set up,including no fertilization(CK),conventional fertilization(CF),liquid carbon fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer(PF). The application of fertilizers included twice application of fertilizers in the depth of about 15 cm,the same amount of fertilizers were applied to the different treatments. Soil samples were collected for the determination of the content of the agglomerates, organic carbon and total nitrogen, and the effect of liquid organic carbon fertilizers with the application of inorganic fertilizers and conventional fertilizers on the distribution of the soil aggregates of the calcareous purple soils in Anyue County,as well as the content of carbon and nitrogen in the different grain sizes of the agglomerates were explored. The results showed that the CF and PF treatments significantly increased soil >0.25 mm mechanically stable aggregates by 2.54% and 1.07%,respectively compared with CK,and the difference in water stable aggregates was not significant. The mean mass diameter(MWD)and geometric mean diameter(GMD)of aggregates were significantly higher in the CF and PF treatments, compared with CK. The CF and PF treatments optimized the organic carbon and total nitrogen content and distribution of soil aggregates, compared to CK treatment, and increased soil total organic carbon, total nitrogen and the organic carbon and total nitrogen content of large aggregates(>0.25 mm). Correlation analysis showed that MWD,GMD and the percentage content of >0.25 mm aggregates(R0.25)were linearly positively correlated, the percentage of aggregate fragmentation(PAD)and the index of unstable soil aggregates(ELT)were linearly negatively correlated with R0.25,and the organic carbon content of MWD and GMD and >0.25 mm aggregates were all significantly positively correlated, and the total nitrogen content of >0.25 mm aggregates were all linearly negatively correlated with MWD and GMD. GMD and >0.25 mm agglomerate total nitrogen content were all significantly positively correlated, and agglomerate PAD and >0.25 mm agglomerate total nitrogen content were all significantly negatively correlated. It can be seen that liquid organic carbon fertilizer with inorganic fertilizer can improve the content and effectiveness of soil nutrients, increase the proportion of soil macroaggregates and the content of organic carbon and total nitrogen, improve the stability of soil aggregates, and contribute to the improvement of soil fertility.
