Effect and comprehensive evaluation of nitrogen application rate on the growth and yield of summer direct seeding cotton in the Yangtze River Basin

    摘要:

    明确长江流域夏直播棉施氮量对棉花生长、产量的影响,为评价氮肥施用效应、提升经济效益提供科学依据。采用连续两年大田随机区组设计,以中棉425品种为材料,设置6个施氮量处理(不施氮处理N0:施氮量为0;施氮处理N1、N2、N3、N4、N5:施氮量分别为60、120、180、240、300 kg/hm2),分析棉花农艺性状、群体生物量、叶面积指数(LAI)、叶片氮含量、籽棉产量随施氮量的变化情况,结合因子分析法、主成分分析法和隶属函数分析法对施氮肥效应进行综合评价,模拟最佳经济施氮量。结果表明,施氮可促进棉花生长,对LAI、叶片氮含量、群体生物量均有显著提升作用,与施氮240 kg/hm2相比,施氮300 kg/hm2对棉株农艺性状、LAI、单株生殖器官干物质量的提升效果不显著。棉花单株总铃数、单铃重、籽棉产量随施氮量增加而增加,但衣分呈逐渐降低趋势,施氮300 kg/hm2处理籽棉产量较施氮0~120 kg/hm2处理均有显著提升,但与施氮180、240 kg/hm2处理未达差异显著水平,甚至较施氮240 kg/hm2显著降低9.46%。施氮量240 kg/hm2处理隶属函数得分最高,综合两年模拟最佳经济施氮量为250.91 kg/hm2。综上所述,本试验条件下施氮240 kg/hm2效果好,较施氮300 kg/hm2节省氮肥20%,提高籽棉产量74.98 kg/hm2;推荐长江流域赣北区夏直播

    Abstract:

    In order to clarify the impact of nitrogen application rate on cotton growth and yield in summer direct seeding cotton in the Yangtze River Basin,providing scientific basis for evaluating the effect of nitrogen fertilizer application and improving economic benefits,a randomized block design was adopted in the field experiment for two consecutive years,using 425 varieties from China Cotton Institute as materials. Six nitrogen application rates were set up,i.e. 0,60,120,180,240,and 300 kg/hm2,and were marked as N0,N1,N2,N3,N4 and N5,respectively. The changes in cotton agronomic traits,biomass,leaf area index(LAI),leaf nitrogen content,seed cotton yield,and other indicators with nitrogen application rate were analyzed. The comprehensive evaluation of nitrogen application effects was conducted using factor analysis,principal component analysis,and membership function analysis to simulate the optimal economic nitrogen application rate. The results showed that nitrogen application promoted the growth of cotton,and significantly increased the LAI,leaf nitrogen content and population biomass. Compared with 240 kg/hm2 nitrogen application treatment,300 kg/hm2 nitrogen application had no significant effect on agronomic traits,LAI and dry matter weight of reproductive organs per plant. The number of bolls per plant,weight per boll,and seed cotton yield of cotton increased with the increase of nitrogen application,while the lint percentage slightly decreased. The seed cotton yield of 300 kg/hm2 nitrogen treatment was significantly higher than those of 0-120 kg/hm2 nitrogen treatments,but it was not significantly different from that of 180 and 240 kg/hm2 nitrogen treatment,and even significantly lower than that of 240 kg/hm2 nitrogen treatment by 9.46%. The membership function score was the highest for a nitrogen application rate of 240 kg/hm2,and the optimal economic nitrogen application rate for a comprehensive two-year simulation was 250.91 kg/hm2. Therefore,the fertilization effect of 240 kg/hm2 of nitrogen on summer direct seeding cotton in the Yangtze River Basin was the best,saving 20% of nitrogen fertilizer compared to 300 kg/hm2 of nitrogen,and increasing seed cotton yield by 74.98 kg/hm2. The recommended optimal economic nitrogen application rate for this mode was 250.91 kg/hm2.
