    摘要:

    评估并筛选出适宜蔬菜高效生产的复合肥对于实现蔬菜轻简高效生产具有重要意义。目前,复合肥种类多样,不同复合肥施用对蔬菜生长及品质的影响有待进一步探究。基于华南酸性菜地土壤磷盈余量高、菜心对钾需求量大的问题,开展不同复合肥(新洋丰、艾贝施和雅苒平衡型复合肥:YF15-15-15、ICL16-16-16和YR15-15-15;对应的低磷复合肥:YF15-5-25、ICL15-5-25和YR13-4-25)施用对菜心生长及品质影响的田间试验,以筛选评估不同复合肥特性及施用对菜心生长、农艺性状、根系结构、土壤理化性质、品质、养分吸收及利用的影响。结果表明,不同复合肥溶解速率和溶解后pH、电导率存在明显差异。与习惯施肥处理(F)相比,平衡型复合肥施用后菜心产量、生物量和叶面积分别提高了2.5%~53.9%、8.8%~60.8%和19.1%~62.9%(其中ICL16-16-16处理效果最优),而低磷复合肥施用后除ICL15-5-25处理生物量和叶面积略有增加外,其余两款低磷复合肥处理生物量和叶面积均较F处理低。不同复合肥对菜心根系生长具有显著影响,整体上低磷复合肥促进了菜心根系生长,但与对应平衡型复合肥相比根系平均直径降低了13.9%~30.4%。复合肥施用后整体降低了土壤pH值,但增加了土壤电导率值,平衡型复合肥施用后土壤硝态氮和铵态氮含量较F处理分别显著增加了30.7%~40.1%和18.7%~53.2%;与对应平衡型复合肥处理相比,低磷复合肥施用后硝态氮、铵态氮和有效磷含量分别降低了13.9%~22.4%、18.6%~30.5%和17.7%~24.6%,而速效钾含量增加了50.0%~107.3%。与F处理相比,ICL16-16-16和YR15-15-15氮积累量分别显著提高了41.5%和27.2%,而YF15-5-25和YR13-4-25处理氮积累量分别显著降低了12.6%和17.9%;平衡型复合肥施用后菜心磷积累量较F处理提高了14.7%~97.3%,而低磷复合肥施用后磷积累量较F处理明显降低或无显著差异;复合肥施用后菜心钾积累量较F处理显著提高了34.3%~110.1%。与F处理相比,平衡型复合肥施用后氮肥回收效率显著提高了16.3%~51.0%,而磷肥回收效率降低了15.9%~52.5%;低磷复合肥施用后氮肥回收效率与F处理无显著差异,磷肥回收效率增加了6.9%~38.0%,而钾肥回收效率显著降低了22.4%~32.5%。与F处理相比,平衡型复合肥主要提高了菜心可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量,而低磷复合肥处理后菜心维生素C和可溶性蛋白含量明显提高,但可溶性糖含量降低。综合而言,平衡型复合肥对菜心生长的促进作用优于低磷复合肥,其中ICL16-16-16综合表现最优,在低磷复合肥中ICL15-5-25综合表现更好。因此,在实际生产中应根据菜地土壤养分状况和菜心养分需求特点合理选择复合肥以促进菜心生长,实现菜心轻简、高效、高质生产。

    Abstract:

    Evaluating and selecting suitable compound fertilizers is of great significance in achieving simple and efficient vegetable production.Currently,there are various types of compound fertilizers,and the effects of different compound fertilizers on the growth and quality of vegetables need to be further investigated.In this study,based on the production problems and demands of high soil phosphorus(P)surplus in acidic vegetable land in South China and the high potassium(K)demand of flowering Chinese cabbage,a field experiment on the effects of different compound fertilizer(balanced compound fertilizers of Xin Yangfeng,Agrobase and Yara:YF15-15-15,ICL16-16-16 and YR15-15-15,and corresponding low phosphorus compound fertilizers:YF15-5-25,ICL15-5-25 and YR13-4-25)applications on the growth and quality of flowering Chinese cabbage was carried out in order to screen and evaluate the effects of different compound fertilizer characteristics and applications on the growth,agronomic traits,root structure,soil physicochemical properties,quality,nutrient uptake,and utilization of flowering Chinese cabbage.The results showed that there were significant differences in the dissolution rate,post-dissolution pH,and EC of different compound fertilizers.Compared with the customary fertilization treatment(F),the fresh yield,biomass and leaf area of flowering Chinese cabbage increased by 2.5%-53.9%,8.8%-60.8% and 19.1%-62.9%,respectively,after application of balanced compound fertilizers(with the ICL16-16-16 treatment having the best effect),whereas,except for a slight increase in biomass and leaf area of the ICL15-5-25 treatment after the application of the low-phosphorus compound fertilizers,the biomass and leaf area were lower than those of the F treatment.Different compound fertilizers had a significant effect on the root growth of flowering Chinese cabbage.Overall,the low-P compound fertilizer promoted the root growth,but the average diameter of the root system was reduced by 13.9%-30.4% compared with the corresponding balanced compound fertilizers.Compound fertilizer application reduced soil pH overall but increased soil EC value,and soil NO3--N and NH4+-N content were significantly increased by 30.7%-40.1% and 18.7%-53.2%,respectively,after balanced compound fertilizer application compared with the F treatment;compared with the corresponding balanced compound fertilizer treatment,NO3--N,NH4+-N,and Olsen-P content were decreased by 13.9%-22.4%,18.6%-30.5% and 17.7%-24.6%,respectively,while available-K content was increased by 50.0%-107.3%.Compared with the F treatment,the nitrogen(N)accumulation of ICL16-16-16 and YR15-15-15 was significantly increased by 41.5% and 27.2%,while in the YF15-5-25 and YR13-4-25 treatments,it was significantly decreased by 12.6% and 17.9%,respectively.The P accumulation of flowering Chinese cabbage after balanced compound fertilizer application was increased by 14.7%-97.3% compared with the F treatment,while the P accumulation of low-P compound fertilizer decreased significantly or did not differ significantly from that of the F treatment.The K accumulation of flowering Chinese cabbage was increased by 34.3%-110.1% after the application of compound fertilizer compared with that of the F treatment.Compared with F treatment,the recovery efficiency of N fertilizer(NUE)after application of balanced compound fertilizer was significantly increased by 16.3%-51.0%,while the recovery efficiency of P fertilizer(PUE)was decreased by 15.9%-52.5%;the NUE after application of low-P compound fertilizer was not significantly different from that of F treatment,while the PUE was increased by 6.9%-38.0%,and the recovery efficiency of K fertilizer was significantly decreased by 22.4%-32.5%.Compared with the F treatment,the balanced compound fertilizer mainly increased the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar in the flowering Chinese cabbage,while the Vc and soluble protein content increased significantly,but the content of soluble sugar decreased after the low-P compound fertilizer application.Overall,balanced compound fertilizer had a better promoting effect on the growth of flowering Chinese cabbage than low-P compound fertilizer,with ICL16-16-16 showing the best comprehensive performance and ICL15-5-25 having better comprehensive performance among low-P compound fertilizers.Therefore,the soil nutrient status and the characteristics of the nutrient demand should be considered in the choice of compound fertilizer to promote the growth of flowering Chinese cabbage and achieve light,simple,efficient,and high-quality production.
