    摘要:

    调查分析4个品种柑橘果实品质与土壤有效镍及叶片、果肉镍含量的关系,为明确我国柑橘园镍含量现状及其对果实品质的影响提供依据。选取浙江、湖北、江西和广西柑橘主产区代表性品种椪柑、红美人、纽荷尔脐橙和脆蜜金柑果园51个,于2021和2022年果实成熟期采集土壤、叶片及果实样品,测定果实品质及土壤有效镍、叶片和果肉镍含量,并作相关性分析。4个品种柑橘园土壤有效镍、果肉和叶片镍含量范围依次为椪柑0.18~1.77、0.32~2.53和1.35~8.82 mg/kg,纽荷尔脐橙0.05~1.48、0.25~1.19和1.74~12.47 mg/kg,红美人0.51~2.98、0.45~3.85和2.39~8.59 mg/kg,脆蜜金柑0.13~0.82、0.10~0.57和0.18~0.92 mg/kg。椪柑和纽荷尔脐橙叶片镍含量与土壤有效镍含量呈显著正相关关系,红美人、脆蜜金柑果肉和叶片镍含量与土壤有效镍含量呈显著正相关关系。土壤有效镍含量0.1~1.5 mg/kg范围占比84.4%,果肉镍含量0.1~1.5 mg/kg范围占比92.2%,叶片镍含量2.0~8.0 mg/kg范围占比66.7%。椪柑土壤有效镍含量与固酸比,叶片镍含量与横径、纵径、单果重、可溶性固形物和可滴定酸显著相关;纽荷尔脐橙土壤有效镍与可滴定酸和固酸比,果肉镍含量与横径和单果重显著相关;红美人果肉镍含量与可滴定酸,叶片镍含量与单果重显著相关;脆蜜金柑果实品质与镍含量无显著相关性。目前我国柑橘土壤有效镍和果肉镍含量参考范围为0.1~1.5 mg/kg,叶片镍含量为2.0~8.0 mg/kg,柑橘果实的品质指标与镍含量有相关性。

    Abstract:

    The relationship between fruit quality and soil available nickel,as well as nickel content in leaves and pulp of four citrus varieties was investigated and analyzed,in order to provide a research reference for understanding the status of nickel content in citrus and its effect on fruit quality. A total of 51 citrus orchards in the main producing areas of Zhejiang,Hubei,Jiangxi,and Guangxi provience were surveyed,including Ponkan,Hongmeiren,Newhall navel orange,and Cuimi Kumquat species. Soil,leaf,and fruit samples were collected during the fruit ripening period in 2021 and 2022 for measuring fruit quality as well as soil available nickel content,leaf nickel content,and pulp nickel content. Correlation analysis was also conducted. Nickel content in soil,pulp and leaves were 0.18-1.77,0.32-2.53,1.35-8.82 mg/kg for Ponkan,0.05-1.48,0.25-1.19,1.74-12.47 mg/kg for Newhall navel orange,0.51-2.98,0.45-3.85,2.39-8.59 mg/kg for Hongmeiren,0.13-0.82,0.10-0.57,0.18-0.92 mg/kg for Cuimi Kumquat,respectively. There was a significant positive correlation between the nickel content in the leaves and soil of Ponkan and Newhall navel citrus. Additionally,there was a significant positive correlation between the nickel content in the pulp and leaves of Hongmeiren and Cuimi Kumquat. The soil nickel content in the range of 0.1-1.5 mg/kg accounted for 84.4%,while the pulp nickel content in the same range accounted for 92.2%. Furthermore,the leaf nickel content in the range of 2.0-8.0 mg/kg accounted for 66.7%. The significant correlation between soil available nickel content with the ratio of total soluble solids to titratable acidity(TSS/TA),leaf nickel content with transverse diameter,vertical diameter,fruit weight,TSS and TA in Ponkan was observed. The significant correlation between soil available nickel content with TA and TSS/TA,pulp nickel content with transverse diameter and fruit weight in Newhall navel orange was found. The pulp nickel content was significantly correlated with titratable acid,and leaf nickel content was significantly correlated with single fruit weight in Hongmeiren. However,no significant correlation was found between nickel content and fruit quality in Cuimi Kumquat. This indicated that the current reference range for soil available nickel content and pulp nickel content was 0.1-1.5 mg/kg,while the acceptable range for nickel content in leaf was 2.0-8.0 mg/kg,the quality of citrus fruits was significantly related to the nickel contents.
