施肥对山西两个主推马铃薯品种产量、品质及氮肥利用效率的影响

Effects of fertilization on yield,quality and nitrogen use efficiency of two major potato varieties in Shanxi

    摘要:

    适宜施氮量是实现马铃薯高产、高效、优质和生态环境友好的关键。采用裂区设计在山西省岚县研究不同马铃薯品种的适宜施氮量。试验主区为马铃薯品种晋薯16号和青薯9号,副区为5个施肥处理,分别为T1:NE-N(不施氮)、T2:M(单施商品有机肥)、T3:NE(N 180 kg/hm2)、T4:NE+M(N 180 kg/hm2+商品有机肥)、T5:NE(N 270 kg/hm2)。其中,NE代表养分专家推荐量,氮磷钾肥料用量分别为N 180 kg/hm2、P2O5 90 kg/hm2、K2O 90 kg/hm2,NE为NE基础上增施N 90 kg/hm2。试验结果显示:1)品种和施肥两因素均极显著影响马铃薯吸氮量、块茎总产、商品薯产量及商品率。平均吸氮量和块茎总产表现为晋薯16号<青薯9号,而商品薯产量和商品率表现为晋薯16号>青薯9号,晋薯16号的T3处理和青薯9号的T4处理分别获得最高商品薯产量;2)品种和施肥均显著影响产品品质,青薯9号的平均块茎干物质含量、比重、粗蛋白含量及硝酸盐含量均高于晋薯16号,而平均维生素C含量低于晋薯16号;3)T3处理获得最高的肥料利用率,晋薯16号和青薯9号分别为41.7%、43.3%。晋薯16号的产投比高于青薯9号。根据产量、品种、肥料利用效率及经济效益的综合评价得出:晋薯16号的适宜氮用量为N 180 kg/hm2,青薯9号的适宜氮用量为N 227 kg/hm2。该研究对于山西省马铃薯的施肥管理有一定的指导意义。

    Abstract:

    The suitable nitrogen application rate is the key to combine potato higher yield,higher efficiency,better quality and ecological environment friendliness. Split-plot design was used to study the appropriate nitrogen application rates of different potato varieties in Lanxian county,Shanxi province. The main plot of the experiment were potato cultivars Jinshu 16 and Qingshu 9,and the sub-plot were five fertilization treatments,including T1:NE-N(N 0 kg/hm2,P2O5 90 kg/hm2 and K2O 90 kg/hm2),T2:M(commercial organic fertilizer alone),T3:NE(N 180 kg/hm2,P2O5 90 kg/hm2 and K2O 90 kg/hm2),T4:NE+M(N 180 kg/hm2,P2O5 90 kg/hm2 and K2O 90 kg/hm2 + commercial organic fertilizer),and T5:NE(N 270 kg/hm2,P2O5 90 kg/hm2 and K2O 90 kg/hm2). Among them,NE represented the recommended amount of nutrients by Nutrient Expert. The results showed that:1)Cultivar and fertilizer significantly affected the nitrogen uptake,total tuber yield,commercial potato yield and commodity ratio. The average nitrogen uptake and total tuber yield obtained showed as cultivar Jinshu 16 < Qingshu 9,while the yield and its ratio of commercial potatoes were Jinshu 16 > Qingshu 9,and the T3 treatment of Jinshu 16 and T4 of Qingshu 9 produced the highest commercial potato yields,respectively. 2)Cultivar and fertilizer significantly affected potato quality,and the average content of tuber dry matter,specific gravity,crude protein and nitrate for cultivar Qingshu 9 were higher than those for cultivar Jinshu 16,while the average vitamin C content was lower than that of Jinshu 16. 3)The highest fertilizer use efficiency was obtained by T3 treatment,which was 41.7% and 43.3% for cultivar Jinshu 16 and Qingshu 9,respectively. The ratio of benefit and cost for Jinshu 16 was higher than that of Qingshu 9. Overall consideration for yield,quality,fertilizer use efficiency and economic return,the suitable rates of nitrogen fertilizer were 180 kg/hm2 for cultivar Jinshu 16,and 227 kg/hm2 for cultivar Qingshu 9,respectively. This study had certain guiding significance for the fertilizer management of potato crop in Shanxi province.
