    摘要:

    为揭示光强、氮素及其交互作用对格木(Erythrophleum fordii)幼苗生长和光合生理的影响,以1年生格木幼苗为材料,采用4种氮素水平(0.0、2.0、4.0、6.0 g/株)和4种光照水平[100%自然光(NS)、51.67%NS、25.50%NS、9.30%NS]的双因素盆栽试验,研究光氮互作下格木幼苗的生长及光合生理特性。结果表明:(1)光照、氮素主效应及二者的交互作用对格木幼苗的株高增量、叶绿素及类胡萝卜素含量、净光合速率、核酮糖二磷酸(RuBP)羧化酶、磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸(PEP)羧化酶、Na+K+-三磷酸腺苷(ATP)酶、Ca2+Mg2+-ATP酶、总ATP酶均为极显著影响(P<0.01),施加氮肥可以有效缓解遮光对格木幼苗光合作用的抑制;(2)在同一氮素水平下,随光照强度下降,格木幼苗株高增量、地径增量、净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、PEP羧化酶、Na+K+-ATP酶、Ca2+Mg2+-ATP酶、总ATP酶均呈先增后降趋势,除Na+K+-ATP酶、Ca2+Mg2+-ATP酶外,均在51.67%NS时最高。Na+K+-ATP酶、Ca2+Mg2+-ATP酶在自然光时最高。而同期叶片的RuBP羧化酶则随光照减弱先降后增,大体在自然光时最高;(3)与 L0N0(100%NS+N 0.0 g/株)处理相比,遮光和施氮均能显著提高格木幼苗叶片的光合色素含量,但氮素水平过高也会抑制光合色素的合成;(4)综合分析得出L1N2(51.67%NS+N 4.0 g/株)处理的格木幼苗处理效果最优。研究表明,适宜的光强和氮素水平有利于提高格木幼苗叶片对光能的吸收、转化与利用,提高其光合性能,促进碳同化物的合成,从而提升苗木的品质。

    Abstract:

    To reveal the effects of light intensity,nitrogen application and their interaction on the growth and photosynthetic physiology of Erythrophleum fordii seedlings,a two-factor pot experiment with four nitrogen levels(0.0,2.0,4.0,6.0 g/plant)and four light levels(100%,51.67%,25.50%,9.30% natural sunlight,marked as NS)was conducted to study the growth and photosynthetic physiological characteristics of Erythrophleum fordii seedlings under the light-nitrogen interactions,taking the first-year Erythrophleum fordii seedlings as materials. The results showed that:(1)The main effects of light and nitrogen,as well as their interaction,had an extremely significant impact on the plant height increment,chlorophyll and carotenoid content,net photosynthetic rate,RuBP carboxylase,PEP carboxylase,Na+K+-ATPase,Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase and total ATPase(P<0.01),and there was a significant or extremely significant interaction effect between different light and nitrogen levels. Applying nitrogen fertilizer effectively alleviated the inhibition of shading on the photosynthesis of Erythrophleum fordii seedlings. (2)At the same nitrogen level,the increment of height,ground diameter,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,PEP carboxylase,Na+K+-ATPase,Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase,and total ATPase of Erythrophleum fordii seedlings showed a tendency of increasing and then decreasing with the decrease of light intensity,except Na+K+-ATPase,Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase,all of them were the highest at 51.67%NS. In contrast,RuBP carboxylase in the same period of leaves was decreased and then increased with decreasing light intensity,and was generally the highest at maximum natural sunlighty. (3)Compared with L0N0(100%NS+0.0 g/plant) treatment,shading and nitrogen application significantly increased the photosynthetic pigment content of Erythrophleum fordii seedling leaves,but excessively high nitrogen levels also inhibited the synthesis of photosynthetic pigments. (4)Based on comprehensive analysis,it was concluded that the treatment effect of the L1N2 treatment(51.67%NS+N 4.0 g/plant)on Erythrophleum fordii seedlings was the best. The study showed that the appropriate light intensity and nitrogen level were conducive to improving the absorption,conversion and utilization of light energy by the leaves of Erythrophleum fordii seedlings,improving their photosynthetic performance,promoting the synthesis of carbon assimilates,and thus enhancing the quality of seedlings.
