Effects of continuous cropping soil high temperature treatment and Glomus mosseae on growth and nutrient uptake of cucumber seedlings

    摘要:

    为明确连作土壤高温处理与摩西球囊霉对黄瓜幼苗生长与养分吸收的影响,对黄瓜连作土壤分别进行50与55℃处理,然后采用盆钵培养的方法,分别于高温处理与未处理的土壤上培育黄瓜幼苗,育苗时接种摩西球囊霉,并设立相应不接种对照,试验共设置6个处理。结果表明:连作土壤经高温处理后,土壤质量明显改善,表现为高温处理土壤的碱解氮与有机质含量显著高于未处理的土壤,其中,55℃处理的土壤碱解氮、有效磷和有机质含量分别是灭菌前的1.09、1.63和1.05倍;同时,高温处理可使土壤细菌数量明显增加,而真菌数量明显下降;无论土壤是否经过高温处理,接种摩西球囊霉均能促进黄瓜幼苗的生长,且土壤高温处理与摩西球囊霉具有协同效应。其中,55℃处理土壤上菌根化幼苗的叶面积、地上部干重及壮苗指数分别比相应非菌根化处理增加了46.23%、44.49%及97.16%,地上部钙、镁和铁含量分别是未灭菌土壤上接种摩西球囊霉处理的1.04、1.04和1.41倍,相应的菌根贡献率分别高达34.1%、32.71%和55.76%,而地上部氮、磷与钾含量却因生长的稀释效应而有所下降;此外,与未处理土壤相比,55℃处理土壤接种摩西球囊霉的幼苗根际土细菌数量是未处理土壤的1.11倍,而真菌数量却降至最低,与原连作土壤接种摩西球囊处理相当。连作土壤经55℃处理后,育苗时接种摩西球囊霉可有效缓解苗期黄瓜生长障碍。

    Abstract:

    This study aimed to clarify the effects of continuous cropping soil high temperature treatment and Glomus mosseae on the growth and nutrient absorption of cucumber seedlings. Soil sampled from continuous cropping cucumber was treated with 50 and 55℃,and then cucumber seedlings were cultivated on high temperature treated and untreated soil. A pot experiment was conducted,Glomus mosseae was inoculated during seedling cultivation,and corresponding non-inoculation controls were set up. 6 treatments were designed. The results showed that after the continuous cropping soil was treated with high temperatures,the soil quality improved significantly,the alkaline nitrogen and organic matter contents of soil treated with high temperatures were higher than those of untreated soil. The alkaline nitrogen,available phosphorus and organic matter contents of soil treated with 55℃ were 1.09,1.63 and 1.05 times of those of unsterilized treatment,respectively. Meanwhile,the number of soil bacteria was significantly increased,while the number of fungi was significantly reduced by high temperature treatments. Regardless of sterilization,inoculation with Glomus mosseae promoted the growth of cucumber seedlings,and high temperature treatment and Glomus mosseae had a synergistic effect. The leaf area,shoots dry weight and seedling quality index of mycorrhizal seedlings grown on soil treated with 55℃ were increased by 46.23%,44.49% and 97.16%,respectively,compared to the corresponding non-mycorrhizal treatment. The calcium,magnesium and iron content in shoots were 1.04,1.04 and 1.41 times of those in the untreated soil inoculated with Glomus mosseae,respectively,and the corresponding mycorrhizal contribution rates were as high as 34.1%,32.71% and 55.76%,respectively. However,the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content in shoots were decreased due to the dilution effect of growth. In addition,compared with untreated soil,the number of bacterial communities in the rhizosphere of seedlings inoculated with Glomus mosseae on soil treated with 55℃ was 1.11 times higher,while the number of fungi was at the lowest level,comparable to that of the untreated soil inoculated with Glomus mosseae. After treated with 55℃,inoculating Glomus mosseae in continuous cropping soil could effectively alleviate the growth obstacles of cucumber during the seedling stage.
