    摘要:

    三峡库区是我国甜橙种植的重要区域,但裂果(果皮内裂)问题严重影响果品的质量和果农的经济收益。研究果皮内裂的成因并提出防控方法,对提升柑橘产业的质量和效益至关重要。以重庆三峡库区万州13年生枳橙砧塔罗科血橙为试材,设置喷施清水对照(CK)、0.2%的硼砂(Na2B4O7)和0.2%的硼酸(H3BO3)共3个处理,分析了施硼对塔罗科血橙果皮硬度、厚度、矿质元素和内裂的影响。结果表明,与CK相比,两种不同硼肥处理的塔罗科血橙果皮厚度、硬度显著提高;施硼处理明显增加了果皮中硼、钙、钾的含量,其中果皮硼含量的提高有利于增强抗裂果的能力,果皮钙和钾含量的增加有助于果实保持稳定的结构和水分平衡,且有效减少塔罗科血橙果皮中的海绵层空洞,进而减轻了果皮内裂的发生。该试验条件下,施硼提高了重庆三峡库区万州塔罗科血橙果皮中硼、钙、钾的含量,增加了果皮厚度和果实硬度,缩小了果皮海绵层裂缝和空洞大小,降低了塔罗科血橙果实的内裂发生,以Na2B4O7处理的综合效果相对较好。

    Abstract:

    The Three Gorges Reservoir area is a crucial region for sweet orange cultivation in China.However,the issue of fruit cracking(internal cracking)severely affects fruit quality and farmers’ economic returns.Investigating the causes of peel cracking and proposing preventive measures are vital for improving the quality and efficiency of the citrus industry.This study used 13-year-old Tarocco blood orange trees on Citrange Rootstocks in Wanzhou,Chongqing.Three treatments were set up:spraying with clean water as a control(CK),spraying with 0.2% borax(Na2B4O7)and spraying with 0.2% boric acid(H3BO3).The effects of boron application on the fruit skin hardness,thickness,mineral elements and internal cracking of Tarocco blood orange were analyzed.The results showed that both boron fertilizer treatments significantly increased the fruit skin thickness and hardness of Tarocco blood oranges,compared to the CK.Boron application increased the contents of boron,calcium and potassium in the peel,with the increased boron content enhancing crack resistance,and the increased calcium and potassium contents helping to maintain stable structure and water balance of the fruit.Additionally,it effectively reduced the occurrence of sponge layer cavities in the peel and alleviated internal cracking.Under the experimental conditions,boron application increased the contents of boron,calcium and potassium in the fruit peel of Tarocco blood oranges in the Chongqing Three Gorges reservoir area.This led to increased fruit skin thickness and fruit hardness,reduced crack sizes and voids in the sponge layer of the fruit peel,and decreased incidence of internal cracking.The overall effect of the Na2B4O7 treatment was relatively better.
