    摘要:

    油菜是我国最主要的油料作物之一。在前期工作的基础上,分别在油菜苗期、薹期、苗期和薹期浇灌不同浓度宛氏拟青霉提取物(ZNC),探究ZNC对油菜生长发育、籽粒产量及矿质营养元素的影响,为ZNC在油菜上的应用提供科学依据。试验结果显示:(1)ZNC显著促进油菜幼苗根系发生发育和地上部生长,其中,与对照(CK,不施用ZNC)比较,15 μg/L浓度ZNC灌根油菜根系干重、总根长、根系总表面积、根冠比和地上部干重均显著增加。(2)ZNC处理油菜幼苗地上部和根系大量、中量及微量元素含量显著增加。ZNC对氮的分配影响不显著,但促进磷、钾、钙、镁和硫元素向油菜根中分配。此外,ZNC促进铁、锰、锌、铜、硼元素向油菜根系分配,15μg/L ZNC灌根处理钼、镍、钴元素向油菜地上部分配增加,5、10 μg/L浓度ZNC灌根处理向油菜根系分配增加。(3)油菜籽粒产量与籽粒中矿质元素含量密切相关,ZNC可能通过影响矿质营养元素含量来影响油菜籽粒产量。(4)盆栽试验苗期和薹期均施用15 μg/L ZNC显著促进油菜增产,田间小区试验油菜苗期和薹期均施用20 μg/L ZNC提高了油菜角果数、每角果粒数,进而增加了油菜籽粒产量,较CK增加了16.81%。因此,ZNC可以通过影响油菜苗期根系和茎叶中矿质营养元素含量及分配特性,提高油菜养分吸收利用,促进油菜生长发育及籽粒产量增加,其中油菜苗期和薹期均施用20 μg/L ZNC增产效果最显著。

    Abstract:

    Oilseed rape(Brassica napus L.)is one of the most important oilcrops in China.The effect of different concentrations of Paecilomyces paecilomyces(ZNC)were irrigated near the root of oilseed rapeat the seedling and bolting stages to explore the effects of ZNC on the growth and development,seed yield and mineral nutrients of oilseed rapebased on our previous work,which could provide scientific basis for the application of ZNC in oilseed rape.The results were as follows.(1)ZNC significantly promoted the root development and shoot growth of oilseed rapeat the seedling stage,among which,root dry weight,total root length,total root surface area,root-shoot ratio and shoot dry weight of oilseed rape irrigated with ZNC at 15 μg/L were significantly increased compared with the control(CK,without ZNC).(2)ZNC significantly increased the contents of all the mineral nutrients,including macronutrients,secondary-macronutrients and micronutrients in the shoot and root of oilseed rape.ZNC had no significant effect on the distribution of nitrogen,but promoted the distribution of phosphorus,potassium,calcium,magnesium and sulfur to the roots.In addition,ZNC promoted the distribution of Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu and B to the roots,and the distribution of Mo,Ni and Co in the shoot under the treatment of ZNC at 15 μg/L,and the distribution of them in the root under the treatments of ZNC at 5 and 10 μg/L.(3)The seed yield of oilseed rape was closely related to thecontent of mineral elements in the seed,and ZNC might affect the seed yield of oil seed rape by affecting the content of mineral nutrients.(4)In the pot experiment,the application of 15 μg/L ZNC at both the seedling and bolting stages significantly increased rapeseed yield.In the field experiment,application of 20 μg/L ZNC at both the seedling stage and the bolting stage increased the pod number per plant and the seed number per pod,and the seed yield was increased by 16.81% under this treatment compared with CK.Therefore,ZNC could improve the nutrient absorption and utilization of oil seed rape by affecting the content and the distribution characteristics of mineral nutrients in roots,stems and leaves of oil seed rapeat the seedling stage,and promote the growth and development,and finally increase the seed yield,among which the application of 20 μg/L ZNC at both the seedling and the bolting stage had the most significant seed yield and yield-increasing effects in the field.
