Effects of application of rapeseed cake fertilizer on soil quality in root zone,photosynthetic characteristics,yield and quality of muskmelon

    摘要:

    揭示菜籽饼肥对甜瓜根区土壤养分、光合作用、产量和品质的影响规律,指导菜籽饼肥合理施用,为促进甜瓜产业提质增效提供依据。以厚皮甜瓜‘西甜208’为试验材料,在氮、磷、钾养分等量投入的情况下,设置以单施化肥为对照(CK),研究比较化肥减量配施10%(T1)、30%(T2)、50%(T3)和70%(T4)的菜籽饼肥对根区土壤养分供应特征、土壤酶活性、光合作用及产量与品质的影响。结果表明:化肥减量配施菜籽饼肥显著降低了甜瓜根区土壤pH,提高了有机质、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾含量和氮素的铵硝比例,增强了叶片光合作用。配施菜籽饼肥还显著提高了甜瓜根区土壤蔗糖酶、碱性蛋白酶、多酚氧化酶和碱性磷酸酶的活性,但降低了过氧化氢酶活性。配施30%和50%的菜籽饼肥在提升甜瓜产量和品质方面效果最佳,其中产量提高3.59%~8.98%,中心和边缘可溶性固形物含量分别提高18.79%~19.69%和26.30%~28.75%,维生素C含量提高45.83%~49.24%,可溶性总糖含量提高17.31%~18.60%,糖酸比提高29.64%~38.88%,同时显著减少硝酸盐积累。进一步提高菜籽饼肥的配施比例(70%),综合提升效果不明显甚至有所降低。相关性分析显示,甜瓜产量与土壤碱解氮、土壤脲酶活性呈极显著或显著正相关;甜瓜品质与土壤有机质、有效磷、速效钾、铵态氮、蔗糖酶、碱性磷酸酶、碱性蛋白酶活性呈显著正相关。综上,合理施用菜籽饼肥能够活化土壤养分,改善根区土壤环境,提高叶片光合作用,进而提升甜瓜产量与品质。研究结果可为陕西省西安市阎良厚皮甜瓜的提质、增产及可持续栽培提供参考。

    Abstract:

    This research aimed to reveal the influence of rapeseed cake fertilizer application on soil nutrient supply,photosynthetic characteristics,yield and quality of muskmelon,and then to provide theoretical basis for improving the quality and efficiency of muskmelon production. Using“Xitian 208”muskmelon as test materials,five treatments were set up under the equal nutrient inputs conditions,including conventional fertilizer application(CK),rapeseed cake fertilizer substitution of 10% chemical fertilizer application(T1),rapeseed cake fertilizer substitution of 30% chemical fertilizer application(T2),rapeseed cake fertilizer substitution of 50% chemical fertilizer application(T3),rapeseed cake fertilizer substitution of 70% chemical fertilizer application(T4). The effects of different treatments on soil nutrient supply,soil enzyme activity,photosynthesis characteristics,yield and quality of muskmelon were studied and evaluated systematically. The results showed that,compared with fertilization application treatment,the application of rapeseed cake fertilizer significantly reduced the soil pH in melon root zone,increased the content of organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium,as well as the ratio of ammonium nitrogen to nitrate nitrogen,and then promoted the leaf photosynthesis. In addition,the application of rapeseed cake fertilizer significantly increased the activities of soil sucrase,soil alkaline protease,soil polyphenol oxidase and soil alkaline phosphatase,while reduced the activity of soil catalase. Principal component analysis results showed that the application of 30% and 50% rapeseed cake fertilizer exhibited the best effect on the yield and quality of muskmelon,in which yield were significantly increased by 3.59%-8.98%,soluble solids contents in the middle and edge were increased by 18.79%-19.69% and 26.30%-28.75%,respectively,Vc content were increased by 45.83%-49.24%,total soluble sugar content were increased by 17.31%-18.60% and sugar-acid ratio were increased by 29.64%-38.88%,while significantly reduced the accumulation of nitrate. No significant improvement for soil fertility,photosynthetic rate,yield and quality of muskmelon were observed when the proportion of rapeseed cake fertilizer reached 70%. Correlation analysis showed that the yield of muskmelon was positively correlated with alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,soil urease activity;the quality of muskmelon was positively correlated with soil organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,available potassium,available phosphorus,ammonium nitrogen,and the activities of soil sucrase,alkaline phosphatase and alkaline protease activities. In conclusion,rational application of rapeseed cake fertilizer could activate available nutrients,improve the soil environment of muskmelon root zone,enhance the leaf photosynthesis,and thus increased the muskmelon yield and quality. The results could provide reference for improving the quality,yield and the sustainable cultivation of muskmelon in Yanliang district.
