施肥对连作莲藕品质、产量及根际环境的影响

Effects of fertilization on the quality,yield and rhizosphere environment of the lotus root with continuous cropping

    摘要:

    为改善莲藕连作障碍,优化施肥方案,提高莲藕产量和品质,于2023年,在遂宁市安居区万亩藕田基地4年连作藕田中,以‘鄂莲6号’为试验材料,以常规莲藕专用肥全量(T1)为对照,设置6个不同肥料处理,探究肥料配方对连作莲藕品质和产量、根际土壤养分以及微生物的影响。(1)在品质、产量上,与T1处理相比,莲藕专用肥减量50%配施中药生物菌肥全量(T4)处理外观品质最好,麻点最少,表面光洁,产量最高(1320 kg),相比T1处理产量提高12.5%,同时显著提高淀粉、粗纤维、可溶性糖、抗坏血酸含量,并且显著降低硝酸盐含量,而在施用复合肥配施中药生物菌肥(T5、T6、T7)处理下,产量分别减少16.7%、20.1%、25.9%;在不施肥(T2)处理下,产量降低32.1%,但在品质上有所提高,同时硝酸盐含量显著降低。(2)在土壤养分含量上,T2处理土壤氮磷钾养分含量最低;与减量施用莲藕专用肥(T3)处理相比,T4处理可以显著提高土壤速效氮磷钾养分、有机碳、有机质含量。(3)在土壤微生物上,与T1处理相比,T3处理能够提高Shannon、Simpson指数,在此基础上配施中药生物菌肥(T4)能进一步提高真菌群落Observed species、Shannon指数,说明添加中药生物菌肥提高了真菌群落的多样性和丰富度,与此同时还减少了镰刀菌属相对丰度,调整真菌群落结构,降低莲藕的致病率。

    Abstract:

    To address continuous cropping obstacles,optimize fertilization schemes,and improve yield and quality in lotus root cultivation,a study was conducted in 2023 at a four-year continuous cropping field within the 666.7 hm2 lotus root base in Anju district,Suining city. Lotus root variety ‘E Lian No. 6’ was used as the test material,with conventional lotus root-specific fertilizer applied at full rate(T1)serving as the control. Six different fertilizer treatments were implemented to investigate the effects of fertilizer formulations on the quality and yield of continuously cropped lotus roots,as well as on the nutrients and microorganisms in the rhizosphere soil.(1)In terms of yield and quality,compared to T1 treatment,the treatment with a 50% reduction in lotus root-specific fertilizer combined with the full amount of traditional Chinese medicine microbial fertilizer(T4)resulted in the best appearance quality and the highest yield,with the fewest blemishes and the smoothest surface,and the yield was 1320 kg,with an increase of 12.5% compared to T1 treatment. This treatment also significantly increased the contents of starch,crude fiber,soluble sugar,and ascorbic acid,while significantly reduced nitrate content. However,when compound fertilizer was used in combination with traditional Chinese medicine microbial fertilizer(T5,T6,T7)treatment,yields decreased by 16.7%,20.1%,and 25.9%,respectively. In the treatment without fertilizer(T2),yield decreased by 32.1%,but quality was improved with a significant reduction in nitrate content.(2)The soil nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium nutrient content was lowest in the T2 treatment. Compared with the treatment with reduced lotus root-specific fertilizer(T3),T4 treatment significantly increased soil available nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium nutrients,organic carbon,and organic matter content.(3)Compared with T1 treatment,T3 treatment increased the Shannon and Simpson indices. Adding traditional Chinese medicine microbial fertilizer(T4)further increased the Observed species and Shannon index of fungal communities,indicating enhanced diversity and richness of fungal communities. This treatment also reduced the relative abundance of Fusarium,adjusted the fungal community structure,and lowered the disease rate of lotus roots. This study demonstrated the potential benefits of integrating traditional Chinese medicine microbial fertilizer with reduced chemical fertilizer application in enhancing both the yield and quality of lotus roots,as well as improving soil health and microbial diversity.
