化肥减量与种养废弃物堆肥配施对温室番茄产量、品质及养分吸收的影响

    摘要:

    为了减少化肥用量,筛选适合甘肃榆中温室番茄优质高产的适宜施肥组合。设置不施肥(NF)、当地化肥用量+种养废弃物堆肥0(C0)、6000(C4)、9000(C6)、12000(C8)kg·hm-2,当地化肥用量减量30%+种养废弃物堆肥0(R0)、6000(R4)、9000(R6)、12000(R8)kg·hm-2共9个处理,研究化肥减量与种养废弃物堆肥配施对温室番茄产量、品质及养分吸收的影响。结果表明,R6处理最佳,不仅显著增加番茄产量和品质,还有效提高了氮、磷、钾养分的吸收量。与R0处理相比,R6处理产量提高了15.33%,果实中的维生素C、可溶性糖、可溶性固形物、可溶性蛋白含量分别增加了8.75%、6.57%、7.42%、14.29%,且有机酸含量降低了4.14%。各处理的矿质元素含量变化幅度不明显。蔗糖含量明显低于果糖和葡萄糖含量,草酸含量在R6处理最低,各处理下的其他酸含量较NF处理均有不同幅度的提升。R6处理的氮、磷、钾积累量较NF处理分别增加94.71%、80.95%、89.09%,其利用率分别增加68.48%、141.85%、104.11%。此外,主成分分析表明R6处理综合得分最高。因此,可将R6的施肥组合模式作为榆中地区的最佳施肥方案并在周边进行推广。

    Abstract:

    This study was aimed to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers and screen suitable fertilizer combinations for high-quality and high-yield greenhouse tomatoes in Yuzhong,Gansu. Nine treatments were set up,including no fertilization(NF),local chemical fertilizer+planting and breeding waste compost 0(C0),6000(C4),9000(C6),12000(C8)kg·hm-2,and local chemical fertilizer reduction by 30%+planting and breeding waste compost 0(R0),6000(R4),9000(R6),and 12000(R8)kg·hm-2. Effects of fertilizer reduction and composting of planting and breeding waste on yield,quality and nutrient absorption of greenhouse tomatoes were studied. The results showed that R6 was the best treatment,which not only significantly increased the yield and quality,but also effectively increased the absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium nutrients. Compared with R0 treatment,the yield of R6 treatment increased by 15.33%,the contents of vitamin C,soluble sugar,soluble solids and soluble protein in fruit increased by 8.75%,6.57%,7.42% and 14.29%,respectively. Moreover,organic acid content decreased by 4.14%. The change of mineral element content in each treatment was not obvious. Contents of sucrose was significantly lower than that of fructose and glucose. Oxalic acid content was the lowest in R6 treatment,while the contents of other acids under eight fertilizer treatments was higher than those under NF treatment. Compared with NF treatment,the accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in R6 treatment increased by 94.71%,80.95% and 89.09%,and the utilization rate increased by 68.48%,141.85% and 104.11%,respectively. In addition,principal component analysis showed that the comprehensive score of R6 treatment was the highest. Therefore,the fertilization combination mode of R6 could be used as the best fertilization scheme in Yuzhong area and could be promoted in the surrounding areas.
