    摘要:

    为了探索棉花根系生长、形态特征及养分效率与磷肥滴施的匹配规律,以‘新陆早63号’为研究对象,设置不施磷肥(CK),基施磷酸一铵(PB)、滴施磷酸一铵(PD)、滴施磷酸一铵+聚谷氨酸(PDS1)、滴施磷酸一铵+微生物菌剂(PDS2)5个处理的盆栽试验,分析比较磷肥施用方式对棉花根系形态特征和磷肥有效性的影响。结果表明:与CK处理相比,施磷减少了棉花中根(根平均直径0.2~0.4 mm)、粗根(根平均直径大于0.4 mm)的根长和根表面积,增加了细根(根平均直径小于0.2 mm)的根长和根表面积。苗期,PB处理较CK处理总根长显著提高了26.28%;与PB处理相比,PD处理根体积显著提高了43.07%;在滴施条件下,根系参数均呈现PDS1>PDS2>PD的规律。蕾期,与CK处理相比,PB处理总根长、根表面积、根体积分别显著提高了31.14%、62.55%、176.66%;在滴施条件下,与PD处理相比,PDS1处理总根长、根表面积、根体积分别显著提高了26.05%、37.76%、16.98%。花铃期,与CK处理相比,PB处理的棉花总根长、根表面积、根体积和根直径分别提高了5.61%、10.04%、39.09%和10.57%。与PB处理相比,PDS1处理总根长显著提高了20.31%,PDS2处理根表面积显著提高了34.10%,在滴施条件下,PDS2处理较PD处理总根长和根表面积分别显著提高了18.49%和33.33%。与CK处理相比,PDS1、PDS2处理在作物生育后期(蕾期和花铃期)显著增加了棉花细根根长和根表面积。各施磷处理土壤有效磷含量在苗期和蕾期均显著高于CK处理,整体上随生育期的递进呈增加趋势。苗期和蕾期棉花磷肥利用率与总根长呈显著正相关,花铃期磷肥利用率与总根长、根表面积和根体积均呈显著正相关。总体上,磷肥滴施配加微生物菌剂能促进棉花根系生长,进而促进磷素的吸收与利用。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the matching rule of cotton root growth,morphological characteristics and nutrient efficiency with phosphate fertilizer drip application,a pot experiment was conducted with ‘Xinluzao 63’ cotton as the research object. Five treatments were set up,including no phosphate fertilizer(CK),basal application of ammonium phosphate(PB),drip application of ammonium phosphate(PD),drip application of ammonium phosphate+polyglutamic acid(PDS1),and drip application of ammonium phosphate+microbial agent(PDS2). The effects of phosphate application methods on root morphological characteristics and phosphate effectiveness of cotton were analyzed and compared. The results showed that,compared with CK treatment,the root length and root surface area of medium root(mean diameter 0.2-0.4 mm)and coarse root(mean diameter greater than 0.4 mm)were reduced by phosphorus application,while those of fine root(mean diameter less than 0.2 mm)were increased. At seedling stage,the total root length of PB treatment was significantly increased by 26.28%,compared with CK treatment. Compared with PB treatment,the root volume of PD treatment was significantly increased by 43.07%. Under the drip application conditions,the root parameters showed a pattern of PDS1>PDS2>PD. At bud stage,compared with CK treatment,total root length,root surface area and root volume of PB treatment were significantly increased by 31.14%,62.55% and 176.66%,respectively. Compared with PD treatment,the total root length,root surface area and root volume of PDS1 treatment were significantly increased by 26.05%,37.76% and 16.98%,respectively. In flowering and bud stage,compared with CK treament,total root length,root surface area,root volume and root diameter of cotton treated with PB treatment increased by 5.61%,10.04%,39.09% and 10.57%,respectively. Compared with PB treatment,the total root length of PDS1 treatment was significantly increased by 20.31%,and the root surface area of PDS2 treatment was significantly increased by 34.10%. Under the conditions of drop application,the total root length and root surface area of PDS2 treatment were significantly increased by 18.49% and 33.33%,respectively,compared with PD treatment. Compared with CK treatment,PDS1 and PDS2 treatments significantly increased the fine root length and root surface area of cotton in the later stages of crop growth(bud stage and bud stage). The available phosphorus content in the soil of each phosphorus application treatment was significantly higher than that of the CK treatment during the seedling and bud stages,and overall showed an increasing trend with the progression of the growth period. The utilization rate of phosphorus fertilizer in cotton during the seedling and bud stages was significantly positively correlated with total root length,while the utilization rate of phosphorus fertilizer during the flowering and bud stages was significantly positively correlated with total root length,root surface area,and root volume. Overall,the drip application of phosphorus fertilizer combined with microbial agents could promote the growth of cotton roots,thereby promoting phosphorus absorption and utilization.
