    摘要:

    明确氮、磷、钾、镁缺乏对橡胶幼苗生长及养分吸收、分配的影响,探究橡胶幼苗适应不同养分缺乏的机制。采用营养液培养的方式,以全营养液培养为对照,设置缺氮、缺磷、缺钾、缺镁4个缺素处理,分析不同培养条件下橡胶幼苗形态、叶绿素、生物量、根系结构、养分吸收及分配差异。结果表明,缺氮、缺磷、缺钾、缺镁均不同程度地抑制了橡胶幼苗生长,其叶片、茎秆、根系及单株总生物量均显著降低,且叶片生物量降低幅度(29.1%~56.4%)远高于茎秆(12.6%~22.9%)和根系(5.5%~28.0%);与对照相比,各处理总生物量分别降低37.5%、24.6%、23.4%、25.7%。不同养分缺乏(磷除外)对橡胶幼苗根系构型参数的影响主要是降低其总根长,降幅为10.4%~24.4%。缺氮、缺镁均会显著降低橡胶叶片叶绿素a、b、a+b的含量,提高叶绿素a/b。氮、磷、钾、镁中某一元素的缺乏会显著降低该元素在橡胶幼苗各部位的含量和积累量,且茎秆(63.6%~73.4%)和根系(63.8%~71.3%)中养分含量的降低幅度远大于叶片(32.9%~55.8%)。缺氮不影响氮在橡胶幼苗各部位的分配,但会显著降低叶片磷、钾、镁的分配比例;缺磷提高了叶片磷的分配,降低了根系氮分配;缺钾降低了根系磷、钾分配;缺镁增加了叶片镁分配,降低根系磷、钾、镁分配。氮、磷、钾、镁缺乏均会不同程度的抑制橡胶幼苗的生长和养分吸收、分配,在橡胶幼苗管理中应注意氮、磷、钾、镁的补充。

    Abstract:

    The effects of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and magnesium deficiency on the growth,nutrient absorption and distribution of rubber seedlings were analyzed,and the mechanism of rubber seedlings adapting to different nutrient deficiency was explored. Nutrient solution culture was used to analyze the differences in morphology,chlorophyll,biomass,root structure,nutrient absorption and distribution of rubber seedlings under different culture conditions,and four nutrient deficiency treatments were set up with total nutrient solution culture as the control. The deficiency of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and magnesium inhibited the growth of rubber seedlings to varying degrees,and the leaf,stem,root and total biomass per plant were significantly decreased,and the decrease of leaf biomass(29.1%-56.4%)was much higher than that of stem(12.6%-22.9%)and root system(5.5%-28.0%). Compared with the control,the total biomass of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and magnesium nutrient deficiency treatments decreased by 37.5%,24.6%,23.4% and 25.7%,respectively. The effect of different nutrient deficiency(except phosphorus)on root structural parameters of rubber seedlings was mainly to reduce the total root length by 10.4%-24.4%. The contents of chlorophyll a,b and a+b in rubber leaves were significantly reduced by nitrogen and magnesium deficiency,and chlorophyll a/b was increased. The deficiency of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and magnesium significantly reduced the content and accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and magnesium in all parts of rubber seedlings,and the reduction of nutrient content in stem(63.6%-73.4%)and root(63.8%-71.3%)was much greater than that in leaves(32.9%-55.8%). Nitrogen deficiency did not affect the distribution of nitrogen in each part of rubber seedlings,but significantly reduced the distribution ratio of phosphorus,potassium and magnesium in leaves. Phosphorus deficiency increased phosphorus allocation in leaves and decreased nitrogen allocation in roots. Potassium deficiency decreased the distribution of phosphorus and potassium in roots. Magnesium deficiency increased the distribution of magnesium in leaves and decreased the distribution of phosphorus,potassium and magnesium in roots. The deficiency of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and magnesium could inhibit the growth and nutrient absorption and distribution of rubber seedlings. Attention should be paid to the supplement of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and magnesium in the management of rubber seedlings.
