    摘要:

    为探究养鸭废液的资源化利用,研究了葡萄糖添加量、料液比、培养时间对发酵后生物量的影响,通过单因素试验和响应面设计确定了最佳发酵条件。结果表明,在30℃、130 r/min条件下振荡培养,以Saccharomyces cerevisiae W-1为发酵菌株,确定最佳发酵条件为葡萄糖添加量、养鸭废液料液比和培养时间分别为5.54%、1.5和72 h。在此条件下,养鸭废液发酵后化学需氧量去除率达到82.84%,全氮增加量达到57.04%。使用发酵液对水稻幼苗处理15 d,在不同浓度水平下水稻幼苗均可正常生长,处理组的水稻各项指标均显著高于清水对照组,并呈现先上升后降低的趋势,在60倍的稀释倍数下为最大值,且株高、根总长、根表面积、根尖数、根总体积、干重以及叶绿素含量与其他处理组均存在显著差异。综上所述,该研究获得了高效的养鸭废液处理的发酵条件,并且相较于未发酵养鸭废液,发酵液对水稻的生长有一定的促生作用。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the resource utilization of duck waste liquid,the effects of glucose addition,solid-liquid ratio and incubation time on post-fermentation biomass were studied,and the optimal fermentation conditions were determined by single factor test and response surface design. The results showed that Saccharomyces cerevisiae W-1 was used as the fermentation strain at 30 ℃ and 130 r/min,and the optimal fermentation conditions were 5.54%,1.5 and 72 hours for glucose addition,duck waste liquid ratio and incubation time,respectively. Under these conditions,the removal rate of chemical oxygen demand reached 82.84% and the increase of total nitrogen reached 57.04% after fermentation of duck waste liquid. After 15 days of treatment with fermentation broth,the rice seedlings could grow normally at different concentration levels,and the rice indexes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the clear water control group,and showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,with the maximum value at the dilution factor of 60 times,and there were significant differences in plant height,total root length,root surface area,root tip number,total root volume,dry weight and chlorophyll content from other treatment groups. In summary,the fermentation conditions for efficient duck waste treatment were obtained,and compared with the unfermented duck waste liquid,the fermentation broth had a certain growth-promoting effect on the growth of rice.
