    摘要:

    将果树枝条按照适当比例加入烟草废弃物牛粪堆体,改善共堆肥材料理化性质,产生适合好氧堆肥微生物生长的环境,是解决废弃物循环利用技术瓶颈的方法之一。为确定烟草废弃物和果树枝条堆肥的物理化学性质,揭示好氧堆肥后细菌和真菌的多样性变化规律,评估烟草废弃物、果树枝条共堆肥的可行性。用实验室发酵罐将100 kg新鲜烟草样品和100 kg新鲜牛粪混合在一起,设未添加果树枝条(T0)、10%的果树枝条(T1)、20%的果树枝条(T2)、30%的果树枝条(T3)共4个处理,检测堆体温度、烟碱变化,分析堆体腐熟后发芽指数和细菌、真菌分类学组成,了解不同处理下堆肥进程的特点。结果显示,加入果树枝条后,堆体达高温所需时间延长,T1、T2、T3分别延长3、4、5 d;高温期则缩短,T1、T2、T3分别缩短5、9、9 d;达环境温度时间无显著差异。随着堆体中果树枝条比例的增大,发芽指数越高。经过60 d好氧堆肥各处理烟碱含量都达到了环保标准。堆肥第60 d,T3烟碱含量显著低于T0、T1、T2(P<0.05),T2亦显著低于T0、T1(P<0.05)。添加果树枝条后,细菌群落主要提高了厚壁菌门的相对丰度、降低了放线菌门的相对丰度,真菌群落降低了子囊菌门的相对丰度。T0与T1间、T2与T3间处理的群落样本相似。烟草废弃物堆体中添加20%~30%的果树枝条显著改变了堆体微生物群落的物种多样性。将10%~30%的果树树枝添加到烟草废弃物和牛粪堆肥中可以提高堆肥的效率和成熟度,具有很大的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    Incorporating fruit tree branches into tobacco waste and cattle manure compost piles at appropriate ratios can improve the physicochemical properties of the co-composting materials,create an environment conducive to the growth of aerobic composting microorganisms. It is one of the methods to solve the technical bottleneck of waste recycling. To determine the physical and chemical properties of tobacco waste and fruit tree branch compost,reveal the diversity patterns of bacteria and fungi after aerobic composting,and assess the feasibility of co-composting tobacco waste and fruit tree branches,100 kilograms of fresh tobacco samples and 100 kilograms of fresh cattle manure were mixed in laboratory containers under four treatments:no addition of fruit tree branches(T0),10% fruit tree branches(T1),20% fruit tree branches(T2),and 30% fruit tree branches(T3). The compost pile temperature and nicotine content were monitored,and after the composting process,the germination index and the taxonomic composition of bacteria and fungi were analyzed to understand the characteristics of the composting process under different treatments. The results showed that after adding fruit tree branches,the time required for the compost pile to reach high temperatures was extended,with T1,T2,and T3 extending by 3,4,and 5 d,respectively. The high-temperature period was shortened,with T1,T2,and T3 reducing by 5,9,and 9 d,respectively. There was no significant difference in the time to reach ambient temperature. As the proportion of fruit tree branches in the compost pile increased,the germination index became higher. After 60 d of aerobic composting,the nicotine content in all treatments met environmental standards. On the 60th day of composting,the nicotine content in T3 was significantly lower than in T0,T1,and T2(P<0.05),and the nicotine content in T2 was also significantly lower than T0 and T1(P<0.05). After adding fruit tree branches,the bacterial community mainly increased the relative abundance of the Firmicutes and decreased the relative abundance of the Actinobacteria,while the fungal community decreased the relative abundance of the Ascomycota. The community samples of T0 and T1,as well as T2 and T3,were similar. Adding 20%–30% fruit tree branches to the tobacco waste pile significantly changed the species diversity of the microbial community in the pile. Adding 10%–30% fruit tree branches to tobacco waste and cow manure compost could improve the efficiency and maturity of the compost,showing great application prospects.
